A total waste of time. I got shivers when i got the tracking number for Hermes. Sure enough nothing arrived and no updates.

For the last five days, access to the service has been sporadic with constant your IP address is blocked due to an abnormally high number of requests, if DisneyPlus are not capable of providing a reliable streaming service, they should realise the limits of their competency and put their content on Netflix or Amazon prime instead, I’m incandescent over paying for something that A) costs more than Netflix and B) I cannot use

Cannot believe they get away with their subscription charge, what makes them think they are so superior to other streaming sites, Netfix, £5.99 a month, BritBox £5.99 a month, in fact pretty much all streaming platforms have a £5.99 a month subscription fee, Disney plus, no, 33% more than anyone else at a whopping £7.99 a month. What’s more, although they tell you they have all this fabulous content, from what I have tried, you can’t actually see what it is unless you pay the subscription. Reading other reviews which give them appalling customer service, will not touch these with the proverbial barge pole.

Disney Plus - truly dreadful customer service.
I spoke with someone who sounded stoned, braindead or both. A graceless, monosyllabic incompetent who kept telling me there was no point speaking to anyone else about my complaint because "they wouldn't know".

I believe her.

Disney Plus. Poor Service. Tesco Clubcard voucher offer didn't work and I didn't realise was being charged for 3 months. Live Chat couldn't sort and Disney refused to refund. Poor

Appalling service. Purchased two personalised items but only one was sent. Called customer service, explained, she said she would reorder it, instead refunded me, didn’t know what to do so she was gone ages to ask someone. Came back and told me I had to reorder there was nothing she could do.., surely it’s easy to reorder and take payment off me. That obviously seems to easy for the staff to even contemplate.

Prices are well disney prices (aka too high), the website is great, orders arrive quickly and in good condition. Also if you're a student they have 10% student discount!

It's a shame they've shut all their stores except the London store. The shops were useful if you didn't want to spend £50+ in one go to get free shipping.

Item arrived damaged (not great) but Disney where great sent out a replacement and arrived the next day in perfect condition. No hassle everything done over live chat

In inspection I noted that the neck hemlines has been glued down and sticky impossible to wear
I contacted Disney by email to ask for a return label they replied automatic rest saying the would get back to me it could take a few days
I receive a email this lunch time saying they are sorry to hear about my problem can I phone this 0800 number or go to a live chat
I couldn’t find how to access a live chat so I phoned
Big mistake the man I spoke to has very bad command of English
I gave him the numbet I was told to quote he said sod I have the order number I said no the email said the number I gave you was all that’s needed
He has me hanging on maybe 5mins comes back to say he has escalated the issue and someone will be back to me within 5 days
I said all I want is a return slip
He said he can’t help me
I said well put me through to someone who can he said I can’t do that
He kept repeating I should hear within 5 days
I said I’ve already waited a week
Sorry can’t help you
I said what is your name and call centre he said I told you my name when I answered the phone I said I can hardly understand you I asked him to repeat his name I couldn’t make head nor tale of it
I asked him to spell it he spelt out DAMILO
Is call centre is confidential
I told him I was putting a post on trust pilot
I don’t think he knew what that was
I hope someone com Disney reads this and acts to improve customer service

Such a bad experience … the product got sold out from the EU site upon checkout.. !!! fortunately it was still available on the UK site but there’s an issue with the site when checking out saying “try again later”… nobody could help me..

5*, love the Disney website and what they do as a hole.

Cancelled my subscription but they still took a years payment, but can't even get hold of them to get my money back.

I ordered some presents for my sisters birthday. They came in time as I ordered them early enough so no trouble there. She loves baby yoda and the only decent stuff I could find in the uk for her was available here so I was happy with my purchase.
My favourite part was the free automated birthday call! As shes a grown up we had such a great laugh but it's really sweet for children and it was pretty funny for us adults too.

Lovely products but a shame about postage and packaging. Or rather the lack of packing. Items were sent in a flimsy plastic bag with no other packaging and thanks to the couriers disgusting way of treating the parcel it arrived damaged.

However the courier was dishonest and hid the damage and had disappeared from view by the time I picked up the parcel. Because of this disney won't do a thing. Disgusting behavior.

happy with products. Delivery charge a bit high but came in good time

Ordered five items arrived within 3 days all in excellent condition

Order a product for a christmas present paid for next day delivery. However four days later it had not arrived. Disney blamed courier, no explanation or offer to refund delivery charge. Assured me it would be there later that day. Still had not arrived. Eventually arrived 6 days after ordered. Woeful service

Ordered several items on 26th November for Christmas presents for our daughter. Delivery time was supposed to be by 8/12. We received notice from Hermes on this date that there was a delay. A week later we still hadn’t received them. The order tracking on Hermes website did not give any other info than that it was delayed. We are extremely busy and we had to find time to call Disney on 21/12 to find out what is going on. We waited in call queue for 10 minutes then the customer advisor told us the delivery probably would not arrive at all and the items were now out of stock so they couldn’t send a replacement. We are now left with 3 days to try to find presents for our daughter before Christmas. We are now in lockdown and all non essential shops are closed! The communication has been awful leaving us in a very stressful situation. If the parcel was lost why did they not tell us much sooner? We will not be using Disney store again!

Ordered a giant stitch for my girlfriend and received a mini yoda ??
Luckily the lady on the phone rectified this immediately but the stitch was out of stock so had to receive a refund
How could this have been sent so wrong ?
