I ordered a dive mask for my daughter's birthday and it was sent out the next day, which was great. Then DHL messed up with their delivery, and still hadn't delivered after 10 days. At which point I got back in touch with Dive and had a phone call from Mark who offered to post another mask to my daughter by first class post. However, that same day, DHL finally got their act together and delivered. None of this was Dive's fault, who were efficient from the start, and I was impressed by their willingness to accept the non-delivery and redress the issue, although that wasn't necessary in the end. Seem like a very good company and I'm sure we would buy from them again.

Great company. Ordered a pair of Seawing Novas on Thursday morning, arrived Friday afternoon. Never heard of this company before so was a bit wary, but absolutely no need, just gutted they don’t have all the equipment I want to replace. Buy with confidence

I bought the scubapro zoom mask with priscription lenses. I messed up and ordered the wrong ones I phoned straight away and the customer service individual sorted it instantly no fuss no bother she was polite and didn't make me feel stupid delivery was fast and the lenses were pre fitted and they even sent me the original lenses very happy with the whole experience

I ordered a snorkel and various other equipment from "The Dive Shop Online" in June 2024, which was packed away ready for our holiday later in the summer. Upon reaching Greece, the snorkel broke upon opening after the lightest of drops - the cheap plastic shattered into three pieces. After returing to the UK I contacted them and on 12th Sept 2024 they asked for photos of the broken snorkel, which I immediately supplied. Then they refused to give a refund and offered me a "discounted" price of £38 for a new snokel! (no that doesn't include a mask...). I won't use them again.
