Bought an item which went faulty after 4 months during the one year warranty period. T&C say the buyer is responsible for return postage / courier costs which can be quite expensive for DJ gear and they do not get reimbursed even if the item is replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. I believe this is against what is set out in the Consumer Returns Act. Potential customers should be aware of this as it can be costly.

Can't thank Mike enough at Phase One, I've spent around 2 months carefully selecting products from his store, continuously touchin base with Mike asking questions (he was very patient to put up with me), he answered all my questions honestly and gave me solid honest suggestions... Finally placed a big order and he went all out to make sure I received everything the very next day... Don't go anywhere else, make Phase One your one-stop dj shop!

Have bought stage lights from Phase One on three occasions i- the latest being last week - and cannot fault them for pre-sale advice, speed of despatch, quality of after-sales service and pricing. All 5 star in my opinion - I wouldn't go anywhere else.
