High recommend DNK services. Enquired about a cat flap, responded the same day, and booked in for a few days later. Dave was friendly and really helpful, going above and beyond fixing an issue with our door whilst fitting the cat flap, all done in less than hours including showing us how the settings works.

DNK services did a great job installing a microchip cat flap in a upvc door, really neat job. Also sorted some doors that were sticking. Would highly recommend.

I can’t rate DNK Services highly enough. Dave was recommended by a family member when we were looking for a new front door about 5 years ago. He did a brilliant job replacing our door back then but my reason for leaving the review now is because of the excellent service we have had since then too. We have had a couple of small wear and tear issues in the last year with the door and on both occasions I’ve contacted him - entirely expecting and willing to pay for his time - and he has come by the following day and fixed the issue for us free of charge. Very friendly and professional. Our furnace went out on Christmas Eve a couple of years ago and they came out and got it fixed and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg for holiday service . They have been doing our air and furnace tune ups ever since!

I searched for a replacement door panel to replace one I had with a cat flap fitted. DNK offered a cut to size service which meant no offcut to bin, or the need to cut the panel when it arrived. Panel arrived this morning, well packages, and perfectly to the size I wanted. Now fitted, it looks so much better. Communication is good and the website is easy to navigate, understand, order, and pay.

Dave had set out clearly his charges and arrived on time. His attention to detail was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. He made sure I was completely satisfied with his work before he left and I will certainly be recommending him to all my friends.

I fitted the panel myself with no issues at all, and I'm so pleased with it. It is excellent quality and has improved the level of noise and cold that my old door panel was letting in.
