I signed up back in Nov and still have yet to have any signings. I also signed up for a monthly billing thinking if I just wanted to try it for a couple of months, cool. Of course they charged my card the full year. Like I really wanted to give you my $780 and on top of that, no signings. AND they don't respnd to your emails. So RUN quickly.. Its bad when you have to PAY everybody to try to BE somebody and they just STEAL!

I’d give then 0 stars if I could. Product Support is an email address, and they very much don’t want to help you. They claim they are compliant with State Regulations for each State that accepts Online Notaries, yet they can’t provide their customers with the very basic information the States request. Don’t do it!
