4 weeks for our kennel to arrive, we called a number of times but there was always some bull s--t excuse. we even asked if we could collect but this was a no go as they were to busy to meet us.
excuse after excuse, when the kennel final arrived the delivery driver told me they order there kennels from Germany and just add the timber infill,,
not a very good product? .

sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction . The galvanized frames are imported due to being a much higher standard than available in the uk or available at all. Unfortunately we were waiting for a stock delivery coming in from Europe to Finish your order and the finish building the panels
Some times things dont go as planned as was in your case but this is rare
The product however is of a high standard

A disgrace of a company. Took our money; we waited 2 weeks nothing arrived. Phoned but got the impression we were insignificant as we had "only ordered one panel". Customer service was awful. We requested a refund and were told up to five day for it to show on our account. It is now 9 days and no refund and no reply to our email yesterday. They seem to be very efficient at taking and keeping our money but not very good at delivering products or refunds. As a small business we can't afford to pay for things and not receive goods or refund. We have now finally received our refund.

sorry for the for the disappointing experience, but as explained the order had been dispatched and unfortunately was some how lost by the courier. a replacement was offered which you declined and the refund was processed immediately which takes 5 working days and is out of our hands once its being processed by the banking system . Happy to hear you are in receipt of the requested refund

Very impressed with the speedy delivery,ordered on Sunday arrived on Tuesday by a very pleasant delivery driver.
The quality of the panel are really well made.
Very happy with service,would definitely use again.

Not overly impressed
Told all different days for delivery , courier finally turned up but had the wrong mobile numbers , no nuts and bolts supplied so had to purchase myself then i found out the bolt holes are in the wrong place on some of the mesh panels so bolts can't go through , just hope the panels are welded solid ,

Hi Gavin,sorry to hear of your disappointment with your order. We only use specialist dedicated couriers or our self for our deliveries as the big national overnight companies damage most of our deliveries due to multi depot handling. Unfortunately due to the wrong phone numbers they have not been as efficient as normal. If you had told us of any missing nuts and bolts we would have posted overnight being a very small package. If you can supply any photos of where the bolt hole are in the wrong place we will replace the panels. This has never happened before as the panels are manufactured by computer welding jigs to a very high standard. Please call us to discuss further if you wish as our customer satisfaction is our main concern.

Good quality product
Quality product and easy to erect. Only disappointment was longer than expected delivery time and assembly instructions would have saved a lot of trial & error when erecting the run.

This is the second lot of kennel panels that I have ordered and arrived almost the next day and we live in the Highlands which most companies consider to be "Non Mainland UK!"
