Purchased an outdoor water feature showing two birds as the fountain heads. It looked substantial, well made. We paid for it and eventually a tiny, resin ornament arrived with no water feature facility. Company offered 10 percent refund to keep it, or return it to China, which would cost more than we paid for it. It was a load of rubbish for good money.
Company operate a scam, it's fraudulent, they're stealing your money.

This store is the same as so many other fake website stores. I would not be surprised if they were all part of the same company like AliExpress. They've gotten really good at creating these adorable storefronts online with really cute vintage clothing or home decor. They use AI photos of very beautiful eclectic people holding very artsy and quality pieces, but don't be fooled. It is nothing like what they show online. You will get quite a shock when you open the package no matter what it is that you purchased. I'll bet there are thousands of these types of places on the Internet. They also have recently crafted these handmade jewelry store ads or handmade leather goods and they will have an AI picture of a woman who looks like she's in her early 60s from Vermont and she's wearing her art apron sitting in her beautiful cottage art studio, that is probably outback behind her gorgeous Victorian home in Vermont, saying her little store has been open for 40 years, but she's going to have to close it down so everything must go. It is so well done and so convincing, but I've become so suspicious now because of the prevalence of this that I double check every single thing on trust pilot as well as just general Google searches . China needs to stop turning out all this plastic junk and garbage that is filling our oceans and landfills. Trust me. There's no quality, beautifully tanned leather goods, unique silver and gold hand made jewelry or felted mouse figurines or even hand knitted sweaters with beautiful three dimensional flowers across the shoulders. No, it's plastic garbage, trash ...ALL of it.

I ordered a model auto engine with moving parts.
electric chain drive, movable pistons, and more.
What I received was a solid block, a cheaply made plaster-of-Paris model. The advertisement completely misrepresented the actual product. I will NEVER purchase anything from Doladelights again.

Avoid this company like the plague advertised on Pinterest,rip-off merchants.ordered item waited did not turn up.texted them,said it was out of stock,offered credit note.told them to stuff it.avoid at all costs.

I ordered the possum and the cat with wings felt figures. Barely recognizable compared to what was pictured. Very disappointed. It took too long to get here to try for a refund. Lesson learned.

I order a engine kit the kind you put together as you would like a real V8 engine. this was for my grandsons. Nice pic show all the parts in the box when it arrived it was a piece of molded plastic.. they wanted to give 10% { about $5} and me keep the plastic engine or I could ship it back to China {around $50} they send the wrong item and expect you to be happy with it.. Bait and switch , False advertisement , theft.

Scams! Products arrived nothing like the picture. I'm embarrassed the whole thing cost me $50 and it looks like cheep cat toys worth $1. Tried to include pictures, but don't see how. Ugh

Beware what you purchase from this company I ordered their little 'handmade' mouse because of the picture of it. It arrived and was shoddy, looked nothing like a mouse or indeed their picture. It took a long time to get a refund! I was offered 50% then 70% and although I refused I had to finally get a refund from PayPal and I suppose they will deal with them. The company has many names, many emails and at the end of the day they hope you will go away. Find another supplier.

Item is a not what was pictured. They do not work and are not the size they are supposed to be! DO NOT order from these crooks!

The eyebrow shaper tool depth is not as shown in the video. It only does solid lines. It does not do the job at all. I bought two, complete waste of money.

I had ordered a Drain Surge and paid with Debit CArd. I did not receive an order confirmation nor a time of delivery. They don't answer my e-mails. It has still not be delivered. To be avoided!

I ordered a curling toy and it doesn’t work. It’s cheap and I contacted to return it , and it’s from China I paid 34.90 , and it’s 54 to return. It’s junk. The rep had the nerve to offer me a 10% back . It’s junk and doesn’t work.

As another customer has noted, this company advertise goods, then send poor, tacky facsimiles out to customers, insisting on any returns being sent back to China. That they dont declare this in their Returns Policy is clearly underhand. Banking on apathy from customers who will keep the goods rather than go to the expense of sending half way round the world, despite the item being sent from a third party in UK.

Luckily I was able to produce all the evidence I needed to Paypal, who have refunded me in full.

Treating your customers like idiots is a really strange business practice. Not to mention the woeful reputation you are fostering of items out of China. China was once known for its artistry and quality in all things. Sadly now it is synonymous with cheap, tacky, knock-off goods, with companies demonstrating byzantine customer service designed to make the customer give up.
Net result: they have your money for something worth a fraction of what you've paid for it and have sent you a cheap tacky facsimile of the advertised item that is not cost effective to return. Good way to rake the money in. Shame it's illegal, immoral and just downright indecent. Stop treating your customers like idiots.
I have reported this company to all the business and retail bodies in both UK and China that exist. It will probably go into a black hole, much like a lot of things nowadays with these juggernaut companies, but at least seeing TRUE reviews may give other customers cause to pause and NOT USE this company. They are thieves with no conscience.

I purchased a product from this company via Pinterest. I ordered a detailed working model engine as advertised.

What I received was a poor, crude, resin model with no working details and nothing like the pictures in the advert. I complained and asked for a refund and was told this was only possible if I sent the product back to their warehouse in China at my expense.

I explained that they had not sent me what was advertised - but they still refused to refund me unless I pay for a return to China - very expensive. Interestingly, the package received had a UK address - but that is not valid if I want a refund.

Don't buy from this company - the products they advertise are not what you will receive - I am now chasing a refund via Paypal.
