Wrapping paper was damaged on arrival told the company provided photos but they did not assist me further tried to blame the courier

Great quality wrapping paper.
Ordered personalised wrapping paper. Quickly prepared and dispatched. Unfortunately Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address. Dom & Geri chased this up for me and immediately replaced my item. Fantastic service and a lovely personal contact from Cara who updated me every step of the way. I highly recommend this company and wish them every success.

A very pleasant customer experience on their website and very quick delivery times. I had ordered some wrapping paper from Dom and Geri but hadn’t ordered enough, once ordered the paper was delivered in days. Brilliant, efficient, great customer service!

Really wishy washy & not like screen representation
The paper wasn’t as I expected & looked much more vibrant on screen & the writing was so small that I had to point it out to the recipient. For the very high price I was so disappointed.
