Never buy from this company
Never buy from this company, the doors I ordered were supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks but took 8 weeks. When they were actually delivered, the glass to one of the doors was smashed, this had then caused scratches to the frame and hinges, Kevin from doors Direct told me he would send someone out to respray the damaged frame and also send out replacement hinges, 5 months later and he has still not sorted out the problem and will not reply to my messages and emails.

DO NOT USE doors-direct.co.uk . Kevin from doors-direct.co.uk approached us in October 2018 for our window installation in Surrey. He has no factory and worked with a 3rd party. No windows have been installed and we contacted him for several months. He came back with excuse after excuse and than stopped answering his phone or emails. I would advise all customers to stay away from doors-direct.co.uk.
Totally unprofessional, untrustworthy and unreliable service.

THIS INDIVIDUAL DID NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH DOORS-DIRECT.
THIS REVIEW OR SERVICE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH US.
This individual has been contacted several times to remove this & because we did give this individual an initial quote TrustPilot will not take this post down as a quote counts as a 'sales experience'.
We did provide this individual with a full supply and fix quotation but you the individual was not happy with the price and wanted a cheaper deal to be done....
So much so that Doors Direct was cut out of the equation and this individual dealt directly with a manufacturer in a 'cash deal' - this is not how we operate and nothing to do with us.
This manufacturer then went out of business.
Doors-Direct DID NOT receive a single penny - cash or otherwise!
