I ordered a door for next day delivery on the 4 of June, never arrived. First they missed the order, then when I chased they advised they had sent it out now but turns out the haulier damaged it. For a third time I waited for the door to be delivered only to find out that they had refunded the order and not told me.

Avoid this company – poor communication and broken promises
I ordered custom doors from Doors 2 Floors with specific delivery dates agreed verbally and confirmed via WhatsApp. The company repeatedly missed every deadline despite constant assurances. After weeks of delays I cancelled the order on 26 June 2026 and bought replacement doors elsewhere.
They then refused a full refund even though I had removed a previous negative review and helped unblock their Barclays account as they requested in return for the refund. I have evidence of all communication. Very disappointed with their unprofessional service and unwillingness to resolve the matter fairly.
I would not recommend Doors 2 Floors. I am now going to small claims court to retrieve my £2135.00

I would never use this company again or trust them with your business. I ordered 4 doors from them which took a total of 5 and a half weeks to finally arrive in full, after an original promised delivery date of 2 weeks from my order. Their sales people Ish and Adam told me conflicting lies over the phone about the doors being in/out of stock, ignored my calls, made me wait in for a total of 6 separate days for the doors when they knew they weren't really going to deliver, sent me half my order in the back of someone's car (after I threatened to report them for fraud) that turned up completely scratched and unusable, then finally i got a delivery direct from the manufacturer 5 weeks and 3 days after I placed my order. It took them more than 2 weeks to arrange my refund. I would never use this company again and will actively recommend people shop elsewhere.

Absolutely disgraceful company!
Doors were extremely damaged, no one bothered to reply to emails or phone calls - as soon as they have your money they do not give a toss! They give you lie after lie! Unprofessional, rude and ignorant people. Utter vermin.
Not a reputable company in the slightest. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere! Avoid at all costs!

Website easy to use with wide variety of products. Delivery efficient

Ordered skirting boards online, competitive priced, and delivery arrived on time, well protected and free from any courier damage. I would definitely use doors2floors again in the future

My kitchen floor was looking a bit tired in a few places and I was coming around to the reality of replacing it. On an impulse I contacted the manufacturer to see if they had any old stock that I could buy to replace the worn areas, but no luck.
A bit of searching around however, revealed that doors2floors did have stock so I got in touch. They responded promptly and identified and dispatched a pack of tiles quickly. The only reason I have given four stars instead of five is that their handling and delivery charge was a bit higher than I would expect. Otherwise, recommended.

Took several attempts to arrange a collection to return door linings and now nearly a month on and refund has still not been processed - awful service and don’t bother replying to emails asking for an update!

I needed extra floor tiles which were discontinued from the manufacturer. Doors tofloors had a box being advertised on ebay. I ordered on line and they were back in touch quickly to confirm. I received them within a week. They kept in touch so I knew the delivery was in transit.

Exceptional service. I was a little nervous as i was ordering 27 doors online from Yorkshire and needed them sent to Milton Keynes. I received an instant order confirmation and was kept upto date with delivery almosst every other day on WhatsApp. Doors were delivered a week later with no issues reported. Would 100% recommend Doors2Floors.

Easy to order. We were kept well informed all the way through to delivery. The doors are of a very high quality. We’re very pleased!

Good. Needed a door next day and it was delivered next day. Delivery charges (for said next day delivery) were high - but they were clearly communicated and it was my choice to go with it. Correct door turned up at the correct time and that's all that anyone can ask!

We bought 4 doors and handles. Very helpful in offering advice when we were ordering the doors , we had an issue with the delivery which was no
fault of theirs. When I phoned and explained they immediately contacted the courier company and I had the delivery a few hours later. I can't thank Ish enough, we'll certainly come to you again.

Repeat customer purchased from them a few years ago. Purchased 6 doors from them in total. Purchase process straight forward great communication and speedy delivery. On delivery one door had been damaged in transit quick phone call sorted that and they couldn’t apologise enough (even though this was out of there control). They sorted me a replacement door immediately and this was promptly delivered. Would I purchase from them again yes I would !

The 2 doors that I ordered and picked up were exactly correct. They were way cheaper than other door suppliers.
The staff are curtious and friendly, I will definitely be buying from D2F in the future.
