Generally speaking, Tester Palettes with multiple colours are designed to hold only a small quantity of material so you can colour match your tone in the comfort of your home. After identifying the correct shade for your skin-tone, you go and purchase the normal size of the product in the shade you want.
Your criticism about the product, presumably it is about the amount of product in the palette is surprising because, it is clearly stated on the website that each palette contains 2g of each of the five colours in the palette.
To give a 3* star rating because you didn’t know what 2g of products looks like is rather unfair. Nevertheless, thank you for the review 🙏

I have been using products from this company for quite sometime now and I can guarantee that their products are very good especially the Cream to Powder (CTP) foundation.
I will recommend it any day.
The company works tirelessly to improve their products . This is proven in the massive improvements to their products.
They seem to be listening to their customers.
