Ruined an excellent product
Their gluten free brown rice pasta used to be my absolute favorite pasta. It was the best gluten free pasta you could buy. Then they changed the recipe... Still £4 a bag 😳 and is now honestly the worst pasta ever, can't even finish the bag, its like chewy, tasteless glue. I'm assuming they tried to make it more cheaply as it shrunk aswell? Bad decision. I will never buy it again.

Fail to meet legal responsibility for faulty items
Received a delivery which had been terribly packed, resulting in all items being ruined. I contacted Doves Farm and provided photos as they requested. But they say their system failed and only accepted one photo. Without seeing the photos they decided that only a couple of items were damaged and refuse to refund or replace the other damaged items. We have had previous problems with orders being very badly packed causing a lot of damage and Doves Farm arguing rather than accepting their legal responsibilities.

We're sorry to hear that your order arrived in this condition.
As explained in our correspondence, we refunded the two items that were damaged in transit, the Tapioca Flour and the Buckwheat Penne, as these were the products shown to have been compromised. We also refunded your delivery charge as a gesture of goodwill to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.
While we appreciate that the remaining products were covered in tapioca flour, based on the photographs provided they appeared to remain sealed and intact. For this reason, we were unable to agree that the entire order had been damaged or required replacement.
From the information available to us, the damage occurred during transit rather than during packing. Unfortunately, when parcels are handled roughly by the courier, the movement and pressure of heavy bags of flour inside the box can cause the lids on our tubes to come loose, and plastic pasta bags can split. We are confident that the order left our warehouse in good condition and was not dispatched in the state in which it was received.
We understand that you later raised concerns regarding potential allergen cross-contamination. As this information was not included in your original enquiry, nor was the rest of the evidence provided upon request, we have referred the matter to our Supply Chain Manager for further consideration and will respond to you directly once this review has been completed.
We always aim to resolve genuine issues fairly and in line with the information available to us, following trading standards, and we're sorry that on this occasion you have been left disappointed.

Flour delivery
I received a message to say that the courier had tried to deliver my package but this wasn’t the case! However, the driver must have sent the message to the wrong person. The package turned up later in the day . The flour was as described.

Superb product..
Superb product..
I'm wheat sensitive... but the spelt flour supplied from Doves farm (i buy a 25kg sack at a time) is superb and my stomach is able to handle the gluten structure of it.
It has encouraged me to bake all my own goods... Having real Pizza bases again after 15+ years of wheat free products is unbelievable!!!!

Won’t order again.
Great items it’s just a shame delivery and Customer service is bad.
Ordered from them last week. 16kg flour, cereal and 2 x biscuits. Flour arrived without issue but the other items were not delivered. Received an email from DPD to say delayed 2 days in a row.
Contacted DF but did not receive a response.
Finally my package arrived but was damaged and missing items.
Contacted DF but did not receive a response again…
It’s a shame as it good products, I was a repeat customer but won’t order again.
