We 1st contacted the DUC team in December 2024 and we have now secured our permanent residency 190 visas (by September 2025) for our little family to move to Australia which is our dream come true. Wes and his team are fantastic and from start to finish all the staff were (and still are) so helpful and professional. Joining the DUC was the best thing we ever did in terms of our migration journey and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is serious about migrating to OZ. Simply a fabulous service with amazing people working for them (Jenny, Neely thank you so much) :)

A big shout out to Natasha Ryan and the team at the Down Under Centre. I received a positive TRA skills assessment thanks to them. The DUC portal is set up in a real user-friendly way and the team are so quick to respond once documents are uploaded. The TRA went through without them coming back with any further queries. Natasha communicated back and forth with me to ensure she had all the required documentation to make this happen.

We had an awful experience with another agent so when we approached the down under center we was nervous. Vic was very helpful, explained everything was completely open and gave us all of the information we needed. The whole process was streamlined and we got our visa through in March.

Now out in Perth WA loving life and so happy we made the move.

I cannot even begin to put into words how much I’d recommend the DUC. Honestly the service they offer is absolutely life changing. I had the first consultation call with DUC in June 2023, and received my permanent 190 visa July 2025. It’s been a long process but I couldn’t have done it without the DUC team, they’re so knowledgeable in particular Jenny for answering my million questions and Doug for helping me collate everything for my skills assessment. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about making the move to Australia. Thank you DUC!

The DUC have been incredible from start to finish with us. We started our visa process with a company who unfortunately let us down and we were struggling. Thankfully we attended an event in Glasgow and here we met the DUC team. Wes was fantastic answering a lot of questions we had. We then had a free consultation with Jenny and booked their services to help us on our way to Australia. We were going from strength to strength with the support and guidance from all at the DUC. In October 2019 we were ready to submit our visa application. Then Covid hit and we lost all hope. But the DUC didn’t. Eventually in March 2023 we got our visa approved. A lot had changed so we activated our visa in February 2024. And now it’s 2025 and our house is finally on the market and we hope to be in Australia by November 2025! We are so grateful for everything the DUC done for us. From a wonderful met up held at their office to meet others on the same journey, to support and encouragement to continue chasing our dream when we nearly gave up. Overall we would recommend this company to everyone and anyone considering their move down under!

What made my experience great was working with a client manager that was very patient and assistive all the way and always available to help, assist, clarify and advise. DUC did exceptionally well in explaining to me the process and how the agent works which I hope its a chance many others to take this path will get.

We started with the DUC in August 2024 and had visa granted July 2025. Throughout the whole process we were kept well informed, very helpful even with constant question emails. Everything ran so smoothly and they took care of everything. Would definitely recommend and will be using the DUC to change to permanent visas. There is so much this company offers with the visa, skills assessment, employment, relocation which has made things easier.

I will never forget this day. Because to my absolute joy I received the news that my Resident Return Visa has been granted. This was down to the fantastic work by Vic O’Neill who explained the process clearly, sent me all necessary links and info required in order to submit my RRV application in double quick time.
