My hedge trimmer delivered a fault within its 12 month warranty - Reported fault and asked to send invoice and on the same day received email immediately saying my information had been received and within an hour the matter was resolved very fairly.

I had a small 12v pump that needed a spare part as one element of it broke. The service agent advised they did not supply spares but offered an entirely new unit as a gesture! Now THATS customer care!

good info from agent on generator models but it took a while to drop in my mail...still appreciated the update on machine specs

I have bought a garden trolley which is great but needed an inertube and customer care where very helpful

My Draper pump developed a fault and needed a spare part. Draper Support were amazing and provided it to me very quickly, for no charge, and I was able to fix the pump, so it is now good as new.

I have an ancient riveter and unfortunately I broke one of the small jaw components and tried high and low to get a replacement. I found on various websites a jaw replacement pack (2 piece) but unfortunately I couldn’t find the measurements of the jaw pices. So I contacted Draper Tools and a young man went out of his way to provide the measurements of these jaw pieces. They are a perfect fit for my riveter and I have placed the order for the spares. Well Done Draper Tools.

Having had a problem with a plastic part of a mitre saw I bought from draper tools I contacted the customer service by email and was treated by a lady employee called Gina she took great care to identify the defective part and was in constant contact with me until she found the correct part which she then posted to me and having received it and fitted it the tool now works again excellent service from Gina and a credit to draper for a quick and efficient answer to my request I would reccomend draper as a very reliant company to buy from and I will do it again for my next tool buy

Bought a garden shredder to shred some garden waste used it once to shred rose and other garden waste and now it won't shred properly it just clogs up.

Having bought a trolley sprayer from draper it started to leak on second use .I posted a one star review. Draper tools contacted me and having provided them with my purchase details they promptly sent me a replacement.
Excellent customer service

As you know “owning a petrol pressure washer is expensive “ and when things go wrong, we as the customer need 10/10 customer support from the manufacturers…..that is exactly what I got! 10/10 customer service. A phone call was made to customer services and within 2 short emails the issue was not only resolved but the part needed was in the post the same day!

James is the gentleman’s name in customer services and he was 10/10

I spoke to James at customer service regarding an issue about a battery charger. He went out of his way to help resolve the issue. I was so greatful, especially as this charger was an older model & discontinued. Can't thank him enough. If this is the standard of their company policy, they deserve 5 stars & more.
