As a family business, we’ve always taken seriously the health and safety of our staff, customers and stockists. In these turbulent times, this has never been more important to us. We are striving to do everything we can to continue delivering an excellent service, whilst adhering to all government guidelines.
What we are doing
We are working hard to adapt to the ever-changing situation. We have as many staff as possible working from home who are answering your calls and messages. We have a dedicated team working at our warehouse, observing strict hygiene and social distancing rules to ensure all orders are safely processed.
What to expect
Currently, we are fully operational, and you can expect to find a good supply of Draper products available via our stockists. However, please be aware that we are experiencing a much higher than normal rate of enquiries to our phone lines, our product support team and our social media channels. Our staff are remain firmly committed to providing you with excellent customer service, but due to the huge volume of enquiries, it may take us a little longer to respond to your message. Every enquiry will receive a response and we appreciate your patience and understanding at this difficult time.

Replacement of a tyre

A tyre air pump was delivered with a defective gauge. An email was answered by Gina within hours and although I found it difficult to email a copy of the receipt, Gina patiently helped me through and arranged for a replacement.

11/10 for service.

I sent a cordless drill to Draper for a…

I sent a cordless drill to Draper for a warranty repair. Instead of repairing it they sent me a brand new drill. I am truly appreciative of their customer service-just brilliant.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I had an issue with a garden tool which I let the repair team know about, I sent a few pictures and Kevin resolved the issue quickly. Great outcome and will continue to use Draper products.

Gold star customer service.

Wow. I was blown away by Draper tools customer service.
I lost a torx bit for my Vde tool kit but could not find a replacement online.
Emailed Draper tools directly to see if they could help
Gina emailed me back promptly and asked for the toolkit stock number.
Once that was supplied she distributed it straight away. The whole experience was professionally wonderful from start to finish.
Thank you so much Draper tools and special thanks to Gina.

Fantastic service

The service that I received from the company and Rhys in general was absolutely fantastic, I contacted the customer service department as one of my screwdriver bits had broken, I was told that they no longer manufactured the bit, but Rhys found one in the warehouse and posted it to me at no charge.

Faulty workbench

I have a Draper 800 workbench which I had found a very solid bench to work from, but within a year of ownership it had a fault on one of the screw mechanisms. I contacted the online support team, explained the issue and that I only needed a part for the bench, but they provided me, free of charge, a completely new workbench, therefore I’m very pleased with the Company and its support team.

Easiest Warranty Registration Ever.

The person was very helpful and polite and did not rush me when looking for product codes or numbers, this Draper item was the easiest Warranty registration that I have ever done, the fact that they have a phone number you can call is even better not everyone has access to a computer or knows how to use one.
Keep up the good work and do not take away the phone line where you speak to a person.

I reached out to Draper Tools to get more information on a step in their workstation construction manual and Fran Richardson kindly responded the following day with not only the extra information but also a handy instructional video.

Draper Fork 88791 rubbish casting.

I purchased a Draper Fork 88791 from Toolshouse. The fork broke on it's very first use, a tyne snapped off. It was obvious that there was a manufacturing error in the poor casting. Give them their due Tools House replaced the item no problem with a Neilsen CT0167 Stainless Steel Digging Fork, a much better product.

Lifetime warranty. JOKE

I just tried to report faulty 1/4 Draper Expert ratchet. Joe from customer service wrote me;

"...in order to make any claim under warranty (including lifetime warranty) we would require a proof of purchase to take any action"

So, lifetime warranty in draper is just a catchy slogan. Nothing more. It's a clueless company if they think that customer will keep receipt for 10 years or so.

DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND AND NO OTHER DRAPER TOOL AGAIN

Being disabled

Being disabled, my experience with customer services was easy to follow and understand the help given. Also, further help with my email Draper Parts attachment problem was checked and resent for me, and the file opened fine. Very helpful, nothing was a problem to help me.

Fran Richardson was awesome in helping me resolve my issue with my Draper Powerwasher.
I love my Draper Power Washer which is the best I've had. I'm always recommending it to friends who can't believe its build quality and performance.
There customer service is very helpful and responsive.

I needed a new air compressor battery

I needed a new air compressor battery. Joe in customer service asked for the product number and purchase details.To my surprise, they posted one to me free of charge. Had found one that fits in their old stock even though this part not now widely available. Excellent service and cannot thank Joe and Draper management enough for supplying this.

Very impressive customer services

I contacted customer services to see if I could get some replacement feet for my garden kneeler seat, which I've been using for about 25 years now. Our gardener started using it recently, and I noticed he seems to have snapped a few of the plastic feet off of it. I was so pleased to get a prompt email reply giving me a part number for them, allowing me to restore my seat back to how it was before. I wasn't sure if they would still be available after such a long time, so I'm well and truly impressed with Draper.

The after sales service I received was first class. A nut was missing from the accessories when I was assembling a patio weeder. Gina dealt with my query. She located one and sent it to me in a few days. Excellent service.
