Paid for a tea at the etihad tower, booked the event , received confirmation, when I went there there was no booking and barcode did not work on confirmation. Wasted a day which was meant to be special. And no response from customer service . Will be reporting this to the tourism office, seemed I was scammed .
Just checked again with Eithad tower again today 15th December, and they have no booking and will not honor the voucher provided, again total misinformation an wasting more of our time !

Their customer service is not working and the voice prompt says that their open daily from 9am to 6pm. And I have to wait 2pm for the staff to come and have my voucher activated. And will take few days for me to be able to use the voucher. Not happy with their service.

BEFORE 72 HOURS WE HAD TO CALLED IT SEVERAL TIMES THEN FINALLY COULD TALK TO THE STAFF WHO DID HELP TO CONFIRM BOOKING.

I didn't have to deal with false advertising nor an exorbitant ticket cost for our visit Inside The Burj Al Arab. Thank you Dreamdays!
