Excellent service I would highly recommend bought a double bed divine with mattress and headboard for a great price and they delivered it the same day.

Went into shop to purchase a mattress the guy in there was very helpful let us test every mattress that was in the shop did not push us to buy any particular one told us when it would be delivered i would definitely recommend Dreams furnishings in Thornaby will be going there again

I recently ordered and had installed a Wardrobe from Dream Furnishing. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. I was apprehensive about ordering such an item online, but Alysha (team member) was fantastic. She explained things really well, and provided me with the full range of options. Alysha was very patient, friendly and above all, extremely professional. I will definitely be buying from Dream Furnishing again.

Ordered Camel Group Roma white gloss slim 4 door buffet, 2 lamp tables, coffee table and tv unit and am over the moon with them. They look terrific in my lounge. As I live in Scotland and the showroom is in London I was a bit apprehensive in case there were any problems as it wasn't as if I could just pop into the showroom. There were absolutely no problems. The furniture was delivered before the estimated time and was very easy to assemble. The delivery was first class. My husband was full of praise for the couple who delivered our furniture which was very heavy. The professionalism of Alysha who kept us well informed and really knows her stuff inspired confidence too. The whole process was smooth and easy. Incidentally the furniture is really well packed. I would recommend this company and their prices were definitely competitive.

I contacted Dream Furnishings with a great deal is scepticism because I live in the North East. I need not have worried I received excellent service from first contact and although I was fearful of an up front fee to arrange for a repair of my Nolte wardrobe which I had owned for over 12 years there was no need for my concerns
Alysha kept me up to date with a long a tedious process (Nolte being a German company) which was difficult because of “Brexit” and to a lesser degree covid.
All was eventually completed satisfactorily and the admin fee well earned and justified

Was pleased to locate this shop online and then made a trip to the shop to confirm my chosen colours. Very beautiful sofa, excellent customer service and was kept updated about my order through out and it was delivered the exact date agreed. Highly recommends Dream furnishings

Very good service. We had wardrobes which had to be installed by Weimann fitters. Always reassuring when they are updating you on the delivery and checking that all is OK after the installation. Would definitely use them again.

We called towards the end of lock down needing some furniture for when we moved house. Everyone - Merlin and Bob were so helpful. They even sent some pictures of some of the items as the ones on the internet were not very good. We received regular updates regarding delivery. Delivery was slightly difficult for us as we needed to be in the new house and they were in the area on the very same day which would not have worked for us - we were worried it would then be delayed for a couple of weeks but they managed to get it to us a week later. The furniture itself is fantastic quality - we purchased a Camel Roma Day TV cabinet Slim version, Camel Roma Day sideboard Slim version and two matching lamp tables. All were delivered in excellent condition. We did plenty of research online before buying these items and Dream Furnishings had the best prices available at the time.
All in all a great experience and would recommend and buy from them in the future when we need more furniture.
