Excellent service and assistance when visiting the shop, helping us find the perfect mattress. Two weeks in with the new bed and my sleep has improved.

Brilliant service from Sam & Dave,they were very polite and assembled our bed very efficiently.
They protected our carpet by wearing shoe covers.
The guys arrived on time and when leaving they tidied up and took all the packing away with them.
Very pleased with the service thankyou

Order a super king mattress. Sale staff very helpful. When delivered driver came in had a look. I had paid to take the old mattress away so thought he take that down first. They bought the new mattress in got up one step and said this will not fit and said couldn’t deliver it.
Phoned customer service to get money back told me it would take 5 to 7 days so waited 7 day then phoned back for them to say. It will be refunded with the next 5 to 7 days again. They take the money straight away but can not refund in 7 day like other companies

The knowledge of your team members is second to none, amazing service. Will will be returning soon

The customer service was superb especially from Amanda. She gave us maximum attention and we weren't rushed. She was polite and friendly. I was also attended politely so many times I did cancelled the delivery dates. Furthermore, the bed and mattress we choose are excellent even though they'requiteexpensive. Although, we have only used the bed for few days but my husband hasn't complained of any back pain again. Excellent customer service and good experience with our bed so far. The delivery staff were amazing. They were friendly, fixed the bed professionally.

The staff in store were brilliant. I can’t remember the guys name but I think it was Dennis, he was so helpful and friendly and extremely patient.
No hard sell and left to make my decision without feeling pressured.

Had several mattresses of Dreams over the years and always good service , however we have just taken delivery of a Duvan bed and mattress and the quality is shocking on the actual bed . It was left for me to unpack and assemble otherwise it’s an extra £60 😯. As I assembled it the quality was obvious. A poor built weak frame , A wheel missing only 7 supplied and not 8 . The duvan draws didn’t close flush , underneath was black plastic sheeting like you would have on a car boot sale , it was stapled all the way around in a messy sequence. The 2 plastic clips supplied to keep the 2 half’s together are a very poor design and could not be used so the bed moves . Probably the poorest quality bed i have ever seen 😃 The Dreams team did not disappoint and was quickly and efficiently in touch offering to replace with a better option , Rayanan at Nottingham castle marina was fantastic at listening to to me and sorting out a replacement but Also was Faye in Customer services who called and emailed to offer support and other options . Therefore I give Dreams a 5 star for excellent customer services and acknowledging my issue very fast . I look forward to my new delivery in 3 weeks time . Thank you Reannan and Faye you are a credit to your company

We visited the Dreams store and tried various mattresses without any pressure to buy. We did the sleep test to see which mattress was best for us. The only reason we didn't buy in store it was because the one we choose, it wasn't on offer. After a few weeks, we bought online cheaper and delivery when it suited us.
