Craig Telega, our salesman, was excellent throughout. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and very patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Everything was explained clearly, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions.
We were well looked after too—kept topped up with coffee and biscuits, which was a nice touch. They were also brilliant with our granddaughter, making sure she felt included and even sorting her out with a Ribena, which she loved.
Overall, a smooth, enjoyable, and genuinely welcoming experience. We’d definitely recommend visiting if you’re considering a Kia.

Not sure where to start from the minute you walked in you were greeted with a smile I won’t say it was plane sailing all the way but the dealership were absolutely amazing they were really on it and my sales person Marcos was so professional would recommend this dealership to any one who’s looking for a professional outfit will go no where else in future wish them all well and thanks once again

On collecting my car, the work carried out was detailed in writing and explained to me by Grace of the service Dept. A very pleasant and pleasing experience meeting the staff of the service Dept.

From the moment I walked on to the forecourt to have a quick look to leaving a week later with a car the experience has been great. Friendly and polite staff. No hard sales. No sleazy sales tactics. Everything explained clearly. Since getting the vehicle I have received check in calls. I popped back briefly with a question and it was dealt with quickly. I am not a particularly high value customer with regards to the vehicle I bought compared to some of the others available but I have felt respected and looked after as if I had bought the most expensive car there.

Hyundai Taunton
I had my i20 serviced 17/03/2026 reported that I have been having issues starting, sometimes the battery is completely flat or it appears that way also the stop/start hasn’t worked for 18 months or 6 months old. On the last service I reported the stop/start issue and was told you don’t use the car enough as it’s only done 3000 mile, I Said I must have missed that bit in the owners manual. Anyway they said the battery was naff fitted a new one and serviced the car.
I have used the car for 4/5 trips but have noticed that the stop/start light which was permanently amber does not show anything now and does not work, rang the dealership and told to book it in for investigation in two weeks time NOT ACCEPTABLE obviously they don’t do the job/check properly
