Fantastic Customer Service.
I ordered and item which unfortunately was delivered to a neighbour I am not on speaking terms with. I telephone Customer Services to ask them to get the courier to collect and deliver to me. They simply resent. Thank you.

I've been using Dr Hauschka products for years, so this is a general review. I love the ethics of the company and the cultivation principles used. Products are 100% natural and use organic and biodynamically grown medicinal plants. The proof is in the pudding. People ask me what products I use. Not because it is heavy and obvious, but is subtle yet noticeably fresh and rejuvenating. I can honestly say Dr Hauschka has by far the best mascara, brow gel, face powder, lip to cheek sticks, deodorant, eye ointment, lip balm, body oils and facial care.

Très mauvaise expérience avec la marque suite à un achat en parapharmacie (serum) de Dr Hauschka.
Le produit s'est avéré défectueux dès l'ouverture eu niveau du flacon pompe.
ayant déménagé je n'ai pas pu le ramener physiquement à la parapharmacie mais j'ai contacté le siège via le site internet qui m'a clairement envoyé sur les roses en m'indiquant qu'il ne pouvait rien faire !
incroyable mais vrai.
j'ai un produit défectueux mais la marque ne le remplace même pas..
cela vaut bien la peine de véhiculer une image de bio , de bon et d'éthique lorsque l'on voit qu'au bout de la chaîne nous ne sommes même pas des clientes mais des euros !

Such a shame!!! I’ve always suffered with keratosis Polaris, even over my face. When I was a child my Mum decided to try the rose day cream light on my face and it was the ONLY cream which worked miracles. A few months ago I decided to treat me and my mum to set with the cream and a toner and the cream broke me out in spots everytime I used it!!! It’s 100% had a formula change despite them denying it via email! What an absolute shame, I’ve never had a cream so expensive break me out in spots after using it… won’t be repurchasing again.

Mates-you claiming that you are a company of natural skin care ....however your new eye serum which by the way i bought-and....guess what-it contains polyglyceryl-3 polyricinoleate....which is....synthetic....Also you claim that you don't use alcohol in your formulas but its a myth because there IS an alcohol in your products such as calming body lotion(you mention it yourself in the ingredients list) ,luckily i got it for free...So -?-are you naturally real company or just buttering us...💁‍♂️🤷‍♂️

I have tried a few products of dr haushka and while skincare is good, the make up products are not great. Tinted creams and foundations are very hard to match, colours are different than in photos.
Also, I believe there are selective in what reviews they allow on their website, everything is 4-5 stars, I posted a 3-star review of a tinted creams with spf and it was never shown, so be careful what you use as reference.

The sample from Dr. Hauschka with the facial illuminator is amazing. The cream is immediately used, and the applied color opens up the dark areas of the face admirably. It is a product that I recommend with confidence.

Bought the Eyebrow Definer pencil "Dark Brown", as the ingredients list sounded good with natural oils. But the colour is basically grey!! I am Caucasian with dark brown hair, and this looked horrible, as though I had prematurely aged. I could imagine that *maybe* it might work for blond people possibly with naturally greying hair already, but why on earth sell it as dark brown? It's a completely wrong description. Complete waste of money and I'm not happy.

I had an ordiary experience with Dr Hauschka. The products weren't anything special so I'd describe the overall qualty as mediocr. The website was ok, but not particularly intuitive to naviagate. I also found the checkout process to be somewhat slow. Nothing about this company really stood out from the crowd. It's mediokre compared to the rest of the competetion.
