Amazing service ! Especially from the delivery driver Michael. He managed to get both vans delivered in one day and since I was leaving work early I asked if he could get it delivered to my home address. He liased with his company and made it happen which was super convenient. I wish he would deliver all our vehicles!

Michael kept me regularly updated and well informed, providing clear status updates while the vehicle was being prepared. He went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was in top-notch condition prior to handover, which gave me great confidence and reassurance.

He was also kind enough to take the time to give me a quick overview of some of the car’s key functionalities, which was really helpful and much appreciated.

You claim that the matter was discussed with me directly – this is simply not true.

Excellent service from Michael G. today. He kept me up to date with the appointment timing throughout the day and his ETA was accurate to the second! Upon arrival, handover was swift and Michael was very polite and pleasant. Highly recommended.
