Drivalia UK - WINSFORD Opiniones 

Was quoted £104 for a decent looking 23 plate mid size car for a week. Sounded too good to be true. Was told it needed a clean whilst we sorted the paperwork.
They took my money then told me i needed to have £1500 as a deposit on a credit card which i do have a card but never use it so didn't know the PIN.
(Why would they not check everything was in place before taking the initial payment)
The alternative was to instead pay around £258 per week with no deposit which was not an option for me. I asked for the initial £104 to be refunded which they said would be 2/3 days. After a week i went back to obtain the refund and they said it was never processed and would do it there and then and would take 2/3 days from then. Conveniently the systems were down so said i had to phone head office which i did and they said it takes a maximum of 28 days for refunds. As much as i questioned this there was nothing i could do so waited 28 days. Phoned again, said another 2/3 days. Nothing for 4 days, phoned again, said will be 2/3 days which said wasn't good enough, eventually received my refund 41 days later.
This is a disgrace of a company who are quick enough to take your money but will do whatever they can to not refund you when in this day and age bank transfers can be made in minutes.
Stay clear from this company.

I always have a sense of dread when dealing with hire car companies. Drivalia had a totally different vibe. Breaking the stereotype. I can't put my finger on why but it helped that Sharon greeted me and was both friendly and professional. I felt looked after and that there was honesty and integrity in their business.
Car was great. Hire options fair, online booking and check was seamless and a great idea for speed. Sharon was even patient when I looked like I'd never driven before getting into an automatic (my feet got confused).
I will definitely be back if ever a hire car is needed.

Awful company to deal with, shady trading tactics, extortioners, underhanded and extremely rude people! Avoid at all costs!

Very easy booking process and great prices. Collection was quick and the car was ready to go, clean and excellent quality. Returning the car was nice and quick too and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended and will be back in the future.

Customer service was top drawer. I received a very warm welcome to the depot, and immediate confirmation if my booking. It was a pleasure to have such a friendly introduction and to go through the administration without a hitch and with real efficiency. This simply could not be improved. First class. The van I hired was clean and didn't miss a beat - it drove very nicely. Upon arrival back at base, I was met by the same staff member who had greeted me in the morning. What a smashing lad he is - a lovely young man and a real credit to the company. Very happy with this experience - will certainly use the Winsford branch again. Superb. Thank you.

I needed a hire car for a month while my car was having some surgery work to the engine. I booked a small hire car for the month of December . Arriving at Drivalia Winsford you are made most welcome and the book in process is so simple. I was upgraded to a larger car, which was very kind . The Skoda was excellent for our needs. You get a full tank of fuel and return with one . The whole process was simple and efficient. Best of all apart from the excellent customer service is the price. try them you won’t be disappointed 👍

Have had several bookings through Drivilia Winsford. The customer service has been exceptional, especially with Brooke and Bailey. They have helped out with several bookings and been very understanding and accommodating when I have had to alter bookings due to a family incident. Very grateful that they have made it a smooth process during a very stressful time.

Great service from Drivalia in Winsford. We hadn’t realised they closed at 4pm and turned up very last minute. They still managed to get us into our hire van despite the fact they were on their way home. Almost new van which was great to drive. Return was simple with no issues. Would happily recommend them and maybe take one of their motorhome rentals at some point.

What an absolutely fantastic experience we've had this weekend dealing with Bailey at the Winsford branch. Bailey went above and beyond to help us with finding the perfect hire vehicle for our needs and also our price range. He was polite, helpful and extremely professional and honest. When we retuned the vehicle we were met by Britt who was also brilliant to deal with. There was a slight issue however Britt said that she would sort it out for us. It was peace of mind for us. I would have no qualms in recommending Drivalia Winsford to anyone. They were courteous friendly and definitely customer focused. Thank you both so much. You've got yourselves a new customer. This is my 5th time hiring a car from Drivalia WINSFORD ...... the team have been absolutely superb every time , and have gone over and above to be supportive whilst my car has been in the garage on numerous occasions . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Winsford branch to anyone . The whole team are an absolute pleasure to deal with !

Hired a car for four days easy on line booking, good choice of cars and vans, prices very reasonable staff were great from pickup to drop off highly recommend.
