Had some difficulties with the vehicle I wanted, mechanical, returned it and, though eventually I did get another vehicle that I am happy with, it was a bit of a struggle to exchange.

Only concern was less than an hour after purchasing and off the lot, The car made it back to my residence only to find out there was dead battery, no coolant fluids And oil levels were extremely low and very dirty. Aside from troubled waters the first few hours the buying experience was great

Linny was amazing. Very polite and honest. Very relaxed environment and everything is done in front of you. No secrets or waiting forever. Computer faces you so you can see it all.
I'm happy with the way Linny talked with me about the cars they had she is very knowledgeable and helpful I picked the one I liked and was out in no time 👍

She stated Drivetime employees do not work for commission, and that made us feel more comfortable with the purchase. Drivetime is quicker than any other dealership we went to. My wife left with the car she wanted at a great price. I recommend this location to anyone who is looking for an affordable ride without all the hassle. Make sure to ask for Mrs. Lenny she is the woMAN!
I will never buy a car again from Drivetime, before anyone get a used car from this place, make sure you do your homework and take the VIN number of the car you are interested in and search for car accidents, DO NOT trust the report they give you there is NOT accurate at all, they use a company called Experian and that report will show that their cars have 0 accidents when they actually do have a car accident. I just had this bad experience, and this car accident wasn't disclosed to me before i get the car, I called their "customer relations department" and they just say sorry and that's it. They come with the excuse that they weren't aware of that car accident and if that happened, it happened before they buy the car in an auction or that the insurance company never report, that's BS, because the same way I find out that the car I bought have a car accident, they should know if they do their homework and also provide me with the carfax right on the spot when I ask for it in the dealership but of course, is not convenient for them. Now I am looking for a law firm to move my case forward.

Matt in Brandon was absolutely phenomenal. This was the least painful experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Matt was knowledgeable and patient. Drive Time in general was fabulous, I've never purchased a vehicle where the go in depth with a checklist on where things are and how they operate. Matt was never once pushy, rushed me or judgemental about my situation. He gave me and my partner time to walk away and discuss how we wanted to proceed. He was professional and kind. I went in with hesitation after some reviews I had read online about the company as a whole, but left there knowing that if I ever need a vehicle after this one, I'll be back to Drive Time for sure.
