Connor was the best salesman I have…

Connor was the best salesman I have ever met, and I have bought alot of vehicles. The first time he contacted me I knew he was going to sell me my Mercedes Benz. Traveling from Kansas to Missouri to purchase was a very good 6 hour drive round trip because of Connor.

I could bought me a 2020 ChMalibu…

I bought me a 2020 Chevy Malibu I’ve already put $2000 into it and I’ve only had it for six weeks. This place is a joke. I’m about ready to lawyer up and take this car and shove it up their ass.

Emily was great..when I told I would…

Emily was great..when I told her I would have to wait for my checks to clear,she waited patiently for 7 business days, she didn't call me and annoy me by trying to get me to purchase another car,which made a huge difference because other sales people did. I appreciated her patience most of all.

Seamless Vehicle Purchase/Transaction

Everything was seamless from test driving vehicles to finding the right one and making the purchase. It didn’t take very long at all to finalize the deal. Love the 2018 Kia Forte I chose. It has all the options I was looking for and more.

This from a dealer who says they can help.. stop lying

If there was half a star I would most definitely insert that. I don't know who answered the phone but her demeanor was condescending an gracious too much for her . I didn't even make it in to see one of there "cars". As I was informed of a $5000. down payment. which is not able to be financed. Are you kidding me? not only could I hear her attitude through the phone. She was not considerate of anyone that she would be around. $5000. is a exceptional number to help those in need like they advertise they do. They wanted to make sure I was thoroughly ripped off. I don't see how they stay in business with people like that as the face out front for the dealership. Most generally people do not have $5000 just laying around. They were not even willing to work anything out with me. Well maybe this is gods way of helping me to not deal with shady people like this dealership. I really hope that this woman isn't ever in a position where she really needs help. Life is too short to be such an ass. Much easier to get some kindness and warmth and help those in need. must be nice to have such a perfect life you need to treat others to satisfy your sick sense of self worth. Thankful I'm not in one of your cars, probably would be a pos anyhow, with those stipulations who would even bother. one of these days your gonna hang up on wrong person, I'm sure you wont be so stuck up. thanks for reminding me just how stupid people truly are. you took the cake.

I purchased a vehcile on March 1st 2024 from drive time. This car lot handles all title and tags and registration for the vehicle through their agency, however after completing my tasks the carlot still hasn't sent the county the proper paperwork so they can issue my tag after waiting at the courthouse to hear this information I drive to the lot and I asked if they could issue me another temp tag as mine expired 3-30-2024 and is no fault of mine they didn't send all the paperwork to the county I asked if I could just take the paperwork with me back to the courthouse and they didn't have it said the 3rd party company had it they refused to issue me another tag and because of their mistake I am driving on an expired temp tag illegally. I couldn't believe it a reptuable car lot refuses to issue me a tag so I can drive legally as no fault of my own they offered me NOTHING. I'm still driving on a temp tag issued by drive time which has expired and they refused to help me. I will never recommed nor purchase another vehicle again.

DriveTime saved me time!

Connor, Mark, and Emily were fantastic! They made sure I knew exactly what I was signing up for and worked hard to find something to fit my budget. They walked me through the process and made it painless. I could not recommend anyone other than DriveTime!

What a great experience with Drive Time…

What a great experience with Drive Time Gladstone!!! Everyone was so helpful but Kayla was who helped me the most. Very thorough and informative. She helped me weed through everything. I would definitely recommend her and the dealership to anyone looking for a NICE car. Connor and Alex were helpful as well. They explained everything to me. Thanks y'all
