I purchased a vehicle from you all 6…
I purchased a vehicle from you all 6 months ago. No issues! You guys took my $11,000 down payment and now the car I purchased is dead? I called they extended warranty, took my car to the Jeep dealership, called the financing company and they said my credit will be affected by this situation if there is no resolution because I will technically have to voluntary give the vehicle back. This is ridiculous and garbage! I have bought multiple vehicles through your company and never defaulted or had an issue! You guys need to fix this or you will be facing a law suit!

All our vehicles go through our inspection process which is backed by a Limited Warranty for mechanical failures within the first 30-days/1,500-miles. We also offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy, that allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. Listen not gonna lie
Listen not gonna lie. I am going through a difficult time in my life and everything that is going on is a lot. When I made the decision to go to drive time I knew it was what I needed. When I talked with Maurice it calmed me and listening to him talk through the process was the insight I needed. The process was so easy and they made it comfortable and we had some laughs. I felt like they had my best interest at hand and everyone that was there helped me I. Some way. It was fast, easy, and I felt like I made the right choice. Thanks to their whole team!!!!! Thanks guys.
