Wish I would have read the reviews before going back and forth in 90 degree weather. I am a previous paid off customer never missed a payment even during Covid only to be disregarded when coming to lease a SUV of the same value as the first car I have purchased. Customer Service was fair yet the company clearly engages all customers with bait and misleading advertisement. I inquired about a vehicle that has somehow disappeared from the inventory and can't be accounted for yet reappears under completely different price vin# and info (false advertisement). I made an attempt to purchase another vehicle under the pretense terms of the information provided as requested. I discovered upon test driving that a false description of the vehicle was given on the web site ( False advertisement). The personal terms provided aren't personal at all and can apply to any customer old or new ( false marketing). Under these "personal" terms provided not only is the provided down payment a bait and misleading but I went from paying an estimate 10% of the vehicle value as a new customer on my current vehicle to being offered a down payment option of 25% (4k) as a prior buyer of a vehicle with the same value of the first car I bought with the same credit score as a first time buyer. The whole no credit bad credit is a tactic to reel customers in. Drive time is no different from any other dealership in regards to credit and possibly worse. I am embarrassed to say I actually paid off a car with this company. As a previous customer either go buy a cash value car or look to other dealerships with a more efficient and honest system. Even now after visiting the lot the DT website will no longer provide my personal terms and is now referring me to a number I have already called to provide more info. which they informed me they don't have access to nor can they provide info about my application. The integrity and professionalism of DriveTime has been the most horrible experience I have ever encountered with any business! Breaking the law is an understatement even not to provide me with a reason in regards to my credit check status is surely against the law and this company needs to be audited! I do have pictures of all of the claims in this review. I hope this company improves it's conduct.

I have not had my car a month yet and have had major problems , I feel as tho by me being a woman they literally screwed over me . I am having major problems our of a 2015 infinity Q50, all 4 tires were bad, one tire had not one but two nails in it .. I have pics to support this… I cud have had a major wreck and lost my life , me being a woman and was in desperate need for a car was I feel ,,, taken advantage of …and the 30 day warranty that comes on it SUCKS MAJORLY… THE MAJOR PROBLEM IS THE EXHAUST SYSTEM AND POSSIBLY Cadillac converter, which I kno they had to kno this vehicle should have never been on the lot for sale ,.,, I have had to miss work on several occasions… I am so very disappointed, until it’s caused me to have major depression ,,.. I trusted the assistant gm , and my salesperson and I feel that they both are nice young men but they fail me …, I am sooo disgusted …I have lost major money being off work , for having car trouble… I was sold a lemon… I wud not recommend my worst enemy to purchase a car from these people

Spent hours on the phone with salesmen and customer support reps, scheduled a test drive at the earliest time they said I could, drove out to the dealership and was told the car I had scheduled a test-drive with two days prior had been put on a courtesy hold for a customer who had called that morning. Never in my life have I heard of a salesmen ignoring a customer who booked a test-drive first, came to the dealership, and was pre-approved to buy the car in favor of a customer who had just called and expressed an interest. After calling their support line, all they could do was try and connect me with the dealership, who continuously gave me the run-around. If you see a good deal on their website, don't get your hopes up, because they're either going to bait and switch you with other cars or waste your time. Absolutely unprofessional.

The sales team at DriveTime is not aggressive and I LOVED that!! You had to actually enter the office for a sales person....YES!! I always feel like I'm being stalked when visiting dealerships. My sales representative, Zachery, was very friendly and easy going. He made purchasing the vehicle easy and stress free. I only gave three stars for several reasons.
1. I only received one key fob
2. There was no spare tire in the vehicle
3. There were wheel locks on the tires and no key to unlock them.
All of these issues cost me additional money. I did know about the first two, and even mentioned that DriveTime should pay to have me an additional key made, which was declined. That was not a deal breaker for me; however, the third item changed my whole experience with this company. I am very upset that I had to pay $130.00 to have the wheel locks removed from the tires. I did not know in advance about this issue and if I had experienced a flat on the side of the road somewhere, I would've been in a very bad situation. Not only did I not have a spare tire, even if I would've had one, no one would've been able to change it. So an additional $130.00 after I already had to purchase a spare tire for over $100.00, and will have to purchase an extra key. I'm not sure about the cost for an additional key, but I'm told it may be over $200.00. I feel like I should've received $500.00 off the price of the vehicle for these issues.

My representative Wynnton was exceptionally helpful. He was patient and made sure I made the best decision possible to roll away with the perfect vehicle. For him I give a 10 and would recommend him to anyone.
The whole experience was great at both locations Baton Rouge and especially in Jackson. Thanks to all involved. I got the truck I wanted

Mario was great with walking me through the process. Very patient and made the experience enjoyable and easy. Dillion was always great when it came time to finishing the paperwork. He will be a great sales man and addition to the team. Overall I’m glad a chose this company and this staff.

The process was extremely quick and easy. Finalized everything within an hour once I picked out what I wanted.
I would recommend, Drive-Time to all my friends , that is looking for a car.
