Ryan Dawson made the experience…

Ryan Dawson made the experience effortless and easy and helped greatly when it came to getting into the vehicle I wanted! He had the vehicle ready for me to take a test drive and it was in great condition. He explained everything thing in great detail and made it so easy to sign and get to take it home the same day!

Rip offs!

These are all false reviews, they sell LEMONS!!!! Send you to shops that end up closing and your stuff with a paperweight on wheels for 6 years.
They won't work with you to make there mistakes right. They don't care, they want your money.
There's also a class action lawsuit against them for over charging on financing and over pricing on pieces of junk cars. Put your name on the list now so you can collect from thrives.
Reviews won't even let you set the correct date you bought the car.

Really love how myself and my daughter…

Really love how myself and my daughter were treated. We worked with Mark and the manager there and got a great price for our turned in vehicle and the new one. I love the buydown program allowing us to get even lower APR in the first 60 days. All of it worked out fantastic for us and they were so accommodating. I will absolutely use them again if I need another car.

Mark was awsome

Mark was awsome he got us in got paperwork submitted and we had a hickup and Mark didn't leave us he hung right in there until it was completely done and got us out of there with our new car.

Liars and untrustworthy. Stay far far away

Called several times and spoke with employee and confirmed car was in great shape with no leaks or problems. Drove the 2 hours to DriveTime where I was picking up the car to take to a pre-purchase inspection at a Honda dealership. I again asked if there were any leaks or problems I should know about before I spend $228 on the inspections and they said no! All 3 of the employees standing there including one of their mechanics said no leaks or problems car was great shape. Took it to the scheduled inspection and got a $6000-$8000 estimate for repairs and those repairs were all for massive leaks through out the car. Honda dealership went on to say it looked like they tried to clean up all the leaks before hand to cover the fact that there was substantial leaks. Took it back to DriveTime and they said the Honda dealership was lying! Stay away stay far far away. Save your hard earned money and don’t buy here.

Will come back again and again

It was one of the easiest buying…

It was one of the easiest buying experiences. Good selection of vehicles and friendly staff. It was a long drive for us and they allowed us to get some of the financing paperwork done before we arrived. We had a terrible experience at another location even when we arrived with an approval letter for financing. You can look at the vehicles online before you arrive. The down payment options are very reasonable. Ours ranged between $400-1000 for the vehicles we were considering.

Neiko is the best

Neiko was great to work with. He was down to earth informative and didn’t push. I hated dealerships because of the pushy behavior from the salesman. This wasn’t the case with Neiko, he answered questions walked us to a couple of our choices and let us take the time we wanted to make a decision. Definitely a positive experience.

Purchasing experience was GREAT

Purchasing experience was GREAT! HIGHLY Recommend however my check engine light came on 5 days before my 30 day warranty was up and I called the mechanic they gave me who takes their warranty and they can't get me in until after my warranty expires. Called their customer relations and they want me to pay for the diagnostic and see exactly what it is and then they will decide if they will cover it. Seems to me like they only want to cover it if it's a small, cheap fix. So now I have a car with a faulty injection code and my plates are due and can't afford both. The extended warranty was very expensive and I feel like the car shouldn't be breaking down less than 30 days after purchase. So while purchasing experience was great, I do not recommend them because once you're out the door they are less than helpful. No one wants to deal with us and it's terrible customer service.

Disappointed 😔

So me n my girlfriend got a 2013 Hyundai sonata..... Well the day off approval the employee showed us a recall in which her n drive time claimed was a small piece 2 the engine which would not cause any issues were were informed but there were no other recalls... Well about 1.5 months we were headed 2 family camping trip... Well on r way the car died n left us sleeping inside of it 4 15hrs..... Well we went on the Web site drive time gave us which was also supposedly same site they used 2 view recalls.... Well we found 6 recalls in which we have proof showing that the 6 recalls were from 2016-2018 all incomplete which means the recalls were before we financed the car.....Well when we contacted drive time they tried tell us that the recalls just happened after financing the car which makes absolutely no sense considering Hyundai themselves said drive time should've never even released this car 2 be on the road ..... Well day after day drive time still 2 this moment claims the recalls r after 2024..... Drive time means well but watch ur pees n qss w em cause they will only help u cause they r based off commission n will try sell u something 2 make profit...... If u need a rental temporarily they're perfect if u need something long term please check else where. Called drive time will be pursuing legal action against false information given per financial date only 2 sell car w gain commission.

My son's first time buying a vehicle and they made it seem like it was a great experience come to find out all they did was screw him over.....

I highly urge anybody that's thinking of coming to this facility to do their business elsewhere this company is nothing but a bunch of scam artists they literally knew that I live out on the Eastern plains of Colorado and sold me an extended warranty coverage plan that is locked into my payments so now even if I wanted to cancel the coverage I can't because then I'm still paying the amount of my payments with the extended coverage which would be about $200 less if I drop the extended coverage but they're going to keep my auto payment as it is like if I have extended coverage it's all a scam go somewhere else if I could give negative a thousand stars I would and if I could take this vehicle back and not have it hit my son because it's his first vehicle they literally screwed him over the closest dealership is within a hundred miles of our home so if the vehicle breaks down at our house where responsible to get the vehicle to the dealership which is going to cost us over $1,000 when the salesman told us that there was a dealership within 24 miles of our home which is Limon Colorado which means then they would bring a tow truck and pick it up from there but they're not going to send a tow truck from Aurora to my little town to pick up the vehicle and there's nothing they'll do about it there's nothing bridgecrest will do about it there's nothing drive time we'll do about it so now my son screwed paid $200 additional a month for an extended coverage that he can't use... Because it's going to cost well over $1,000 to get it to Aurora from ariba Colorado and the salesman knew this and flat out lied to us but now there's nothing we can do about it literally haven't even had the vehicle for a little over a month and now are only option is is surrendering the vehicle back to the dealership and my son end up having to pay the entire amount of the vehicle anyway like the world has gone so screwed up you can't even go buy a vehicle and trust anybody anymore everything is a damn scam it's sickening.... So to save yourself the headache go somewhere else don't even think about coming to drive time because they will bait and switch you...

John was great, by far easiest car purchasing experience I've had, on top of that from time of getting their to walking out door with keys in my hand took only like a hour and a half so in my book was pretty quick also and you get 5 days to return it if you decide the vehicle isn't for you, highly recommend drivetime
