I brought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee 28 days…
I brought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee 28 days ago. I noticed some things that needed to be fixed the very same day but they had closed for the day. The very next day it was like they were done with me! They referred me to Silver Rock for any issues. The places that Silver Rock is contracted with has waiting times to be seen and they also wanted to keep my car for 3 or 4 days which puts me back where I started with no transportation! Now the issues are all on my dime on top of a High Car payment. It's been very stressful so far!

Place is a joke gave them all my info they ran my credit said I was approved for zero down an a certain number monthly then the next day after talking with their bank it changes an now no longer approved worst customer service ever would not recommend

Not only was she helpful she was also very patient and pleasant. Overall the whole staff was great. I would recommend anyone to give drive time a chance

I live in Cincinnati Ohio I went picked up my car from Louisville Kentucky I had no problems with my information transferring over it was not a hassle I talked to the manager went straight down there car was pulled up front waiting on me test drove it paperwork was complete very swiftly no hassle very friendly people great experience
