Well I went in like About 2 weeks ago I test drove 3 cars and I like all test drives and I explain the situation to Mr Aric and told him what was going on . We couldn’t do the deal right then there then a day or 2 days later I looked at the website and I found another car that I fell in Love with it and it was more my price range and the down payment was closer to what I was looking for test drove the car put a payment to hold and then the 7 grace period helped out and then went in put the rest of it down test drove one more time and then it was mine yeah and thank you Aric the drive time in Macon everyone was so nice and warming I enjoyed my experience the whole time thank you for all of there time and enjoyed every one there I can’t remember all the names .

I absolutely hate car shopping, but from the very first moment I entered the dealership, Jordan, Aric, and Kalani (gen mgr.) made the experience as pleasant and as uncomplicated as possible. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, I recommend checking out the Macon location as you are shopping around for a good deal.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DRIVETIME!!!
Provided proof of w2 income check stubs and per diem earned through employment which they turned around and said they treated it as 1099 income with a physical w2 in front of them showing taxes and social security were withheld. Then wanted to change the down payment amount to something higher at the last minute. Wasted an entire day for a company that treated income illegally with verifiable proof. Constantly tried pushing a car when we wanted an SUV

Jasmine made my experience very good and she has a satisfied customer. She made sure even though i knew what i wanted i had multiple choices to ensure i got what i wanted and happy with my decision. She was quick and efficient. I was in and out within 2.5 hours. Everything was explained in entirety. Everyone including management was extremely nice and accomodating. Best experience ever. I recommend Drive Time to EVERYONE, ask for Jasmine.

Jasmine Brown at the Macon, Georgia location really made my experience GREAT!! She is very knowledgeable and precise about all the information with the finance company, and the vehicle I selected. They say when you do down payment on line is not the real down payment it’s more payment also changes

This is a scam, once you buy your car, drive time do not want anything to do with you. If you car has a problem they tell you to call a number. The first day I brought a car it broke down on the interstate and they the old me to call someone else. They would not even come get me. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

The staff is everything they are so nice they treat you like family

Sydney was so kind and patient with me throughout the whole process. She stayed until after closing to make sure I was taken care of and got the car I was satisfied with . Never once pushed anything off on me and even helped me find a decent insurance company
