DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM DRIVE TIME!!! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM DRIVE TIME!!!! I bought my car back in August 2025. I literally had my car for one week. I bought it August 2, 2025 and I swear to you August 9,2025 my check engine light was on, my radio started glitching and my air went out. I called to let them know what was going on with my car and of course it was nothing that they could do because guess what..it was past the crazy 5 day policy. The only thing I was told by them was to use my warranty and find a mechanic shop within my network to have it checked out. Well guess what..Where I live there were only two shops that were in my network and for whatever reason they couldn't fix the issue. The other shop was an hour away from me. So now I have to get a tow. Well anyway long review short. Here it is 9 months later and I am still having issues with my car. You'll spend more on getting your car fixed buying from Drive time then your down payment and car note. And don't bother getting help with your issue from them. The only thing they are going to do is write a response back and say reach out to their care team. And for what? The only thing they are going to say is "I'm sorry that you are having these issues blah blah." Oh, and not to mention they are so rude in the care team department. I had a man talk crazy to me and told me its not his problem that I couldn't afford to get my car fixed. I had a member of their team hang up in my face etc. They won't let you trade your car for something that's actually reliable. So now I'm stuck paying for a car that has more problems than a bad marriage. I wish I could hit the lottery so I can hurry and pay this car off so I can get rid of it. I"ll never go here again. And Drive time save that sorry response about reaching out to speak about the matter. If you're not letting me trade for something better and reliable I don't wanna hear it.

I purchased my vehicle at the Winchester location in Mphs...Young lady name Montanece exceeded expections..Even when we came across an issue,,she took her time&figured it out(She never gave up)on top of that her customer service was great..Very helpful&patient,she allowed me to ask questions while giving me the most honest answers.she never sugar coated anything but was nice& professional!!So Thank you "Money for your awesome work#Shout out to Drive time on Winchester in Mphs👍🏾

This company is so full of bs they lie…

This company is so full of bs they lie about everything. Please do not bring your money here. I went to the Winchester location in Memphis, TN and all they do is give you the run around. I should have looked at all the signs when I first went to see everything going on before I purchase a vehicle. For one everybody was calling saying something was wrong with they car I ignored that and then the sales person was like everyone keep calling about they tags. So I was like how long do the tags come, she was like a week I got my vehicle on the 5th and every time I called they was saying they have not sent the check to my tags place yet and so today Raven was like she sent my check in and she was gone talk to a manager I haven’t heard anything yet from them and my tags place said they ain’t never received no check from them because they have to sign off on that…. Then I only drove my car for a week in a half before I had to get it worked on with they warranty because they just selling shit and overly charging for the finance charge.. I will never go to them ever again and I hope y’all go somewhere else to spend your money… they lie about everything even on the down payment online .. they pull you up a lot of cars for 0 down and that’s a lie .. then Raven was like they tell that to everybody I’m like so y’all just lying to people.. I knew I should have stayed the hell from there.. now I just get the run around on all the questions I have about my car

I did your online application approved…

I did your online application approved to pay 695 down 327 a month for a vehicle and went to the location and it's a whole different story 3500 down for a 9,990 car really

The salesman at the Memphis location on…

The salesman at the Memphis location on Winchester was great at explaining everything. The only issue I have is the heat. It was so hot in the building, it felt better outside. I stepped outside with the salesman and came back in and literally started sweating. I wanted to go back outside. Great staff at the location to work under those conditions. I would have given 5 stars but the heat

I recently purchased a 2021 Ram 1500 from the Memphis store on Winchester. I was promptly was greeted by Kay who made sure that I received the best and fairest buying experience I could receive! There was a small snag at first but she remained diligent about getting the situation resolved quickly! I was then able to proceed with my purchase with a painless outcome.

The sales lady was great

The sales lady was great. However the day after which was today I had to go back in and try to speak to someone about an issue with the vehicle. I was disappointed how I was kind of brushed off instead of really being listened to. That was very unprofessional.
