DriveTime Car Sales - NE Charlotte Opiniones 

DriveTime sold us a truck with the low-tire-pressure warning already on and no key for the locking lug nuts.

The same tire continues losing air every few days. We reported it within the first 30 days, supplied photos and followed every instruction from DriveTime and SilverRock. After multiple shops, three trips to Firestone, a four-hour wait and hours of wasted time, SilverRock denied Claim and would rather allow my 16yr old to drive an unsafe vehicle.

The problem existed at delivery. It still exists. Their response? Denied. Crickets.

Safe for my teenage son to drive? NOT.

DriveTime and SilverRock gave us referrals, excuses and a complete runaround instead of replacing one defective tire. I’m now paying for it myself because my son’s safety matters more than their warranty games.

Buyer beware.
