DriveTime Car Sales - Plano Opiniones 

I had a wonderful experience at DriveTime Plano and my sales person Cash made it even better. I left with a beautiful car hoping it gives me wonderful service as it looks.
So far so good, I am very happy.

The experience exceeded my expectations. The commercials are just what they say. It was a quick process and I was able to get a great car for the down payment I could afford. Josh and Katie at the Plano, TX location we’re great.

Only problem is the website. Needs a 360 option to view the car. Needs to be able to compare vehicles like features, payment, down payment, etc and finally needs to keep your info so if u leave and come back u don't have to put info in again and again. Oh and a favorites button/star.

2018 Sonata limited edition: I purchased a car on 12/25 in the evening. It didn’t appear to have any issues until I got home. I started hearing the brakes rubbing or something rattling under the car as well. Come to find out I need new brake pads and something else was loose under the car. Took me a few weeks to get that done because it was inconvenient for me to leave the car there. Then I ended up having to take it back after the holidays because it was still doing the same thing. I The next week the paint starts peeling off the hood of my car and now I’m trying to get that fixed by drive time customer service as we speak. They have not called me back. It’s unfortunate that I can’t even love my purchase because of all the problems that I’ve already had.

Buying a car is usually very stressful but Katie made the experience very fun and enjoyable. She was extremely helpful and made me feel right at ease during the entire process.

Gentlemen Adam Houle was amazing. Everything was quick and straight to the point. Would def recommend working with the Dallas and Plano locations.

We were treated like we were the only ones there even though it was a busy day for them. I am pleased with the car we got.

I came to drive time to find a new car and a new beginning and Katy definitely did that she got me into a beautiful 2018 hybrid Ford fusion and y’all need to go see her !

Josh was very helpful and had everything ready for us before we came in to test driver our vehicle. Cash then made sure we were taken care of and out of there in a decent time. Fastest I've ever got out of a car dealership buying a car.

Josh, Joshua and Yolanda at the Plano TX store are wonderful. Made me feel comfortable the entire time and took good care of me. They jumped through hoops to help me. Please, if anyone needs a car, go to Drive Time. They treat you like you are just as important as anyone else.
