You guys exceeded my expectations greatly. I can admit I was skeptical at first but after going into the store with warm and exceptionally great customer service, I was blown away at my deal, the transparency and the accuracy. I wasnt bamboozled by fancy commercials that said one thing but gave you something different in-store like so many dealerships do. I was in and out in 30 minutes and I have been recommending people to drive time because of my astounding experience with drive time. Thank you so much drive time!

For the most part, the purchasing experience was great. The amount quoted as a down payment and ongoing monthly payment were accurate, and the process was seamless. However, DriveTime doesn’t do much to the cars in preparation for purchase. The vehicle I chose was on the lot for 4 days - they did not service it properly despite telling me that it had gone to a reconditioning center for service prior to getting to the DriveTime lot. The former owner was a chain smoker - needless to say, the vehicle smelled like cigarettes. The air cabin filter had not been changed, the seats (fabric) were filthy with the remnants of cigarette smoke, as were the floor mats, etc.
All in all, if you’re looking for a vehicle that works at a decent price range for little money down, DriveTime is a way to get on the road. Just be prepared that you may have to spend some additional money cleaning the vehicle afterwards. Also, it was recommended to me that all vehicles be taken to a mechanic within the 5 day return window. Solid suggestion, but a clear indication that no real service is done to the vehicle prior to the purchase.
I worked with Amber on the phone who was great and personable. Reggie was the rep I sat down with once I arrived to DriveTime. He was nice enough, I suppose, but didn’t possess any of the “salesman” characteristics you would expect from someone selling you a car. He was pretty dry and his nails were filthy which is terrible from a presentation stand point.

Writing this while having to take the bus. I financed a car with them in May 2023. The car start giving my issues a day before thanksgiving and it’s been in and out the shop from there.
They sold me a lemon. SMH

I’m not even gonna lie. I thought this was a scam. I traveled from New York to Pennsylvania. Just on the phone telling them I’m on my way. Is this real and I really approved for this car. It’s exactly what you are approved for your down payment. Your terms it’s real. Very very real. Exceptional customer service welcoming inviting the car was clean smelled good. I was literally in and out within 25 minutes.. I will buy again from here. I will never go to a dealership again.

I appreciate the opportunity getting a car from you. I realize that my credit is not that good, but the total price for buying a 7 year old car, and having to pay more then twice the cost of a new car is a little outrages and it almost seems that you are counting on failure with the high monthly payments.

After we got home we noticed we were never given the $500 off the new car we were suppose to get. Very disappointed!

Quanu was amazing, from greeting us to getting everything handle!! Very prompt and efficient at his job!! If I could give him a 10 I would!!!
