My wife and I bought a f150 truck today the truck was great, even greater than the truck is the saleswoman Jasmine Brown she was absolutely incredible she really worked her butt off for us to get the deal done for us not only that but she was great to deal with informative kind and on the ball , all the other staff there were great as well they all were polite kind and make you feel at home over there would definitely recommend Jasmine Brown if you decide to go there like I said professional and a great personality to top it off ,with that said thank you to her and all the other staff that are there, the truck is great couldn't be happier, we wish you all the best ,sincerely rob and Carrie k.

Sam Torain has been excellent to work…

Sam Torain has been excellent to work with. I first spoke with him several days ago after expressing interest in a Ford Explorer, though none were available at the time. Unfortunately, my current vehicle was recently declared a total loss after a collision with a deer, and I am still waiting for the insurance payout.

I scheduled an appointment with Sam this morning at 11:00 a.m., fully expecting that I would not be purchasing a vehicle today. My intention was simply to review options and plan for when I was ready to move forward.

Sam took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, including my requirement for a fully loaded vehicle. He then surprised me by presenting a fully loaded 2020 Ford Explorer XLT. After a test drive, he went above and beyond and made it possible for me to drive the vehicle home the same day.

This was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve had, and I highly recommend working with Sam.

Awesome Service

The staff at the Raleigh Drivetime location is amazing.I was greeted and treated extremely well. The process was easy from the beginning to the end. I decided on a 2020 Ram Truck. Danica Mensing was the young lady that assisted me. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely refer people to this particular location. I live 2 hours away from this location but it was worth the drive. I got just what I wanted and it was all due to the help of Danica Mensing.

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY FROM…

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!! Bought our first car from Drive Time because they were able to get us into a vehicle. Customer service was great from finding our car and leaving with it. Well that is all I can say that was a nice experience for the buying process. But now comes why I say do not buy from them. Bought our 2017 Santa Fe last September, it has been in the shop 5 times since then. They will tell you that for the first 30 days they will fix things if something is wrong, in which they did because the day that I came home, my panoramic sunroof stopped working which was working while I was at the store. My hinge in the passenger door was causing the door to get stuck because the hinge was bent, the automatic lift gate mechanism broke to my trunk. We had to go through Silver Rock extended warranty to get it repaired which was a hassle in itself. Well everything was going ok until my car started to go in limp mode. Come to find out that the knock sensor needed to be replaced in which now Silver Rock states that they do not cover. So here I am thinking how are we going to pay to have this taken care of. Had it not even a year and all these problems. So go take it to the Hyundai dealership to find out that the motor has to be replaced. Thank you Jesus that Hyundai paid for the motor. I called Drive time several times and they told me that I had to go through Silver Rock after Silver Rock stated before that they would not pay for the issue. Ok so basically, you sold me a lemon because for one they never had the car fully inspected to be able to see all the issues that this vehicle had before they put it on their lot to sell. Once you have driven the vehicle off the lot, you are on your own because they are no help along with Silver Rock! So you are on your own. So buyers beware and look at the service history on the vehicle that you are looking at buying because we also found out that there were several gaps in service to where oil changes were not done properly. If I would have known this, they would have never got my business. I know that there might be issues when buying a used vehicle but didn't expect this within the first 30 days and months after.
