Unfortunately, I was sadly mistaken when I drove my new car for a few days and the light for Tires needing service, oil change needed and both Air filter needed to be replaced. I would think that if you are selling a used car, which “is certified”then maintenance would have been completed. I am paying a lot of money for the down payment to now have to have the car worked on. This is unacceptable and I will not refer anyone to DriveTime. In closing they don’t even vacuum, wash it or put gas in it before you drive off the lot. I was so unhappy that I purchased it at night on a Friday night and on Saturday morning with the sun light there was a small crack in the windshield that was covered up by the darkness and rain on Friday. When I called them back to discuss it I was told that they could not do anything because it could have happened when I left the dealership on Friday night. Basically, they were insisting that i was a lier. Very disappointed

Tierre was very patient, which was greatly appreciated. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better sales man

Drive Time Salesperson Mr.Tierrie Coley was very professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He did not rush me into making a decision about a vehicle purchase, and he was forthcoming with information about the vehicle.
I purchased a 2017 Honda CRV EX from Drive Time in Savannah, Georgia on Wednesday November 8, 2023.

I was very impressed with only spending a couple of hours in the dealership as opposed to all day! It was fast and easy and my representative was professional and patient. I love the vehicle as well! Thank you Mr. Coley!

I had a great salesman name Thomas Burke who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to show me the different vehicles and explain the process of test driving right down to the buying process. I recommend if you are car shopping to come down to Drivetime and ask for Thomas he will take care of your car needs.

Latisha was wonderful and patient as we went through the process.

Please do not go them, I brought a vehicle less than a year ago. They overcharged me 12,000, now I’m stuck with negative equity. If u value your money. Please go somewhere else.🙏

Service and staff were great but the car was not!! It started smoking & skipped in acceleration upon driving on the highway. I returned the car because I couldn’t afford to be left stranded!

Our sells person was outstanding from the beginning to the end of our purchase. Not only did she take the time to listen and understand our needs, she offered many different options until we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

T was just amazing. He was so helpful and extremely patient with not only me but my almost 2 year old son. I was so indecisive about which car I wanted but he answered any question I could come up with and the process was really fast once I decided on a car! We needed a car after being in an accident and he made the process really easy and made me comfortable with my purchase, just 10/10 an amazing person and worker. He was managing to do all of this with me while still entertaining my son and playing with him to keep him busy and happy and that just warmed my heart!

I did not enjoy my first time purchasing a car. My sales representative did not possess ANY characteristics of a sales person. There was literally no interest or enthusiasm in helping me find a vehicle, rather she seem more so annoyed and was more interested in clocking out. She was too worried about her getting off from work. She did not even bother to actually show me the vehicle or tell me anything about it. She literally pulled the two cars I wanted to look at around outside and walked passed me and back inside. I wasn't even sure if I was able to start looking at them yet *rolls eyes.* Even when I received the checklist to check everything she was nowhere around. Luckily I had my dad with me because I definitely had questions. SMH.

I really wish I would have waited to come back the next day to have someone else help me just so she wouldn't get the commission. However, I did get a chance to interact with the manager who was way MORE helpful and was actually able to tell me more about my purchase. I wish he was the one that would have helped me through the transaction.
