After having no car for almost a year, me and my mom finally had the time to save up some money and come card shopping. First stop was drive-time in Topeka Kansas, off of sw Topeka blvd. As soon as we come in they immediately helped us. Big special thanks to Marcus for being a great person and showing us around. After my mom test drove her now new Chevy trax she fell in love quick with it. In no time Marcus had everything we needed ready for us to complete our purchase.
If you are in the market for a car or need refer someone, I would refer them to Marcus at drive time in Topeka.

This was a wonderful experience I’m so used to everyone saying no to but not at Drivetime also associate Ted is wonderful very informative.

The one star that I gave them is because I could not give them a zero.
Drive time Topeka let me drive a car off the lot that needs $3679 worth of work done on it.
The work that needed to be done includes strut, assemblies, and alignment and work on the steering and suspension control arms to be exact.
I ended up getting the silverrock warranty, which denied me two different times on two different claims, including the Work that needs to be done that I listed above.
When I confronted drivetime three days after buying the vehicle, they argued with me, Devlin the manager, had awful customer service and when I told him what needed to be done to the car, his response was “awesome“ after he challenged me to take it to a mechanic because he told me that nothing was wrong with the vehicle the day that I bought it when he was standing outside with me with his stupid little clipboard, doing his stupid dumb inspection.
Don’t go to this drivetime there are other drive times out there that will treat you right because drive time in Topeka won’t.
