Deantae Taylor was the greatest

Deantae Taylor was the greatest. He listened to what I want and assured me that they would find a truck. He went way and above to make sure my needs were meant as a customer. Wish I would have knew about drive time sooner. I highly recommend DriveTime if you looking for great vehicle and customer service. Thanks drive time

False advertisement

I locked in my down payment and monthly payment for a specific car. But when my wife and I arrived the car had been sold. I spoke with someone days earlier and confirmed that what I had locked in would be what I'll have to pay when I got there. When we got there it all changed, we were asked to pay more than double than what we locked in. Then we were told in order to complete the locked in cost we were to pay a reservation fee, which was never explained to me.

I would never go back nor will refer this place to anyone.

Don’t go waste your time

Don’t go waste your time. They tell you just to bring your Drivers license and was already approved with nothing down you get there and then turn around and tell you some different story!! Wasted 2 hours and I called the day before to ask what I needed to bring and they said a DL and that’s it. NOT TRUE!! The world we live in is crooked!! Don’t waste your time!!!

Good quality cars and friendly people

The buying experience is smooth l, but you more than likely getting a lemon 🍋

The buying experience is smooth, but they selling lemons. Then you get the warranty and everything that breaks down isn’t even covered under the warranty!!! Go anywhere but here, I would try car mart and I know they definitely have lemons before going back to drive time.

Awesome experience

Josue was our salesman. He did a superb job at making the whole process easy for us! He got us approved for 0 down which I never thought could happen. He didn't pressure us at all and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because when I first missed their phone call, I called back and asked for Quinn. Her response to me was "what, did I call you or something"...to me this response was unprofessional. Then when I called to give praise to management about josue, I spoke to destiny who said "thank you" and hung up on me.

We’re extremely happy and satisfied…

We’re extremely happy and satisfied with Drive Time 3227 SSW Loop 323 Tyler, Tx location with the purchase of our 2019 Kia Sorento EX.The only reason we where looking for a car is because my 2011 Kia Sorento engine died on the way back from a FastPitch softball tournament. We had checked several other car dealerships. We were returning a rental to Enterprise when I remembered there was a Drive Time next door. So once we returned that vehicle. I drove across the parking lot to Drive Time. On the first day; we started working with salesman Josue Constante. My wife and I test drove several vehicles before she found 2019 Kia Sorento hiding in a corner on the sales lot. Josue pulled the car out and it was love at first sight. We left on the test drive as she was driving. I felt extremely uncomfortable while sitting on the passenger side of the vehicle which is rare sometimes. We pulled into a gas station to get a closer look. We discovered that there was smoke from an area on the engine. When we got back, we pointed this out to the sales manager. My wife explained how we had had a similar problem with my Sorento and had it fixed a while ago. We told him that when they got the engine fixed that that was the vehicle that we wanted. Josue and other sales agents called to see if we still wanted the vehicle. I told them yes, without a doubt. So on Friday morning, I received the phone call that the vehicle was ready. Once they found the keys to my car. We test drove the 2019 Kia Sorento and once we made it back to the lot. We began the final paperwork to purchase with the “Closer” Mrs Quin Jones. Paid our down payment with the option to pay more money towards the down payment. We finished signing all remaining documents. Set up the first payment with Bridgecrest lenders. Added the Sorento to our insurance policy and drove off the lot. I would like to thank the entire sales team for making this vehicle purchase possible without no judgment whatsoever and providing a complete Judgement free zone. I can’t remember everyones name. But I want to say a Big Thank You to all who made this purchase possible. We’re still going to provide you all with lunch.

Thanks Deantae, you were great!!

I was in and out within an hour! Deantae was tmy sales rep and he was awesome! He was honest and straightforward which was very important to me! I have had salesman lie to me and I walk out. Once chance! Deantae was open and honest. Told me pros and cons. Went overevery detail to make sure I understood! I HIGHLY recommend Drivetime of Tyler!! Thanks Deantae! You were great!!

Don’t trust drive time sales they are…

Don’t trust drive time sales they are scam artist and liars.they sold me a 2020 impala for 25,000 dollars and the bumper was falling apart due to it being glued on and zipped tied as well as having a check engine light and emergency lights not working. Customer relations is complete garbage they are not willing to work with the customer …. On top of that they lied about their cars titles being clean they sold me a salvage title with a false report … they also lie about servicing the cars and doing an inspection before selling the car . Also on their google reviews they hide all the bad reviews because I posted pics and wrote how trash the company is so those are fake reviews
