I wish I could give ten stars. Love drive time and my associate was the best.

I just bought a car off of them on Monday and now the check engine light is on and I can't get anyone response from my salesman too I struct me on what too do .. this is unbelievable and really quite sad

This had to be one of the best experiences in car purchasing I’ve ever encountered. I wasn’t sure if I was going to pursue the vehicle but Edilia was amazing at the lax approach to getting me into the vehicle. She stated all great things. Her customer service surpassed her tenure here.

I was greeted by Cam who was very nice offering complementary refreshments. She assisted me in preparing to meet I worked with Edilia and Rob. They both were welcoming and made the experience pleasant for me. No pressure just genuine and authentic assistance. They stayed well beyond their time to make sure I was taken care and set up. They didn’t give an attitude about being passed time so it wasn’t rushed. I enjoyed working with them, I came in an Uber and left in my car!

I loved Drive Time, they explained the process very clearly, has very good deals even for those who do not make a lot weekly or biweekly. I was put on a manageable plan to pay off the car and they come with plans that include repairs and roadside assistance within the first 5 years. Don't miss this amazing opportunity!

The world should buy their cars from Danielle. She did everything that I wanted to help me find the right car and get the financing done quick and easy. Youtube videos about how to buy a used car were nothing like my experience. It was like buying a car from a friend. I felt that she was very honest and truly wanted to help me get the car. The car is perfect. It looks like new and was at a great price. The credit and down payment process was very smooth. No surprises and no pressure. All of my questions were answered. Although I didn't make a purchase at this time, I was talking with an associate by the name of Destiny and she treated me so kind. She was a very knowledgeable and friendly person. I definitely will be talking with her when I'm ready to purchase.

I purchased a SUV yesterday & today it breaks down on me on the side of the highway. I'm stranded. This shouldn't be happening. They workers were very nice & respectful. Not the vehicle.
