I actually called texted someone who worked with driving with Steve. They only replied to me a week later then wanted to discuss things a week is too late and then I actually spoke to somebody who treated me with complete disregard and distain. I can send you actually I can post what he replied to me, which was very derogatory and lied about my actual income and credit check. I am very disappointed and disgusted because I can post right now what he actually said to me do not go with these people they’re not professional or do they they don’t care thank you. He called me a degenerate the person. I spoke to called me that and said I was a loser. Didn’t have credit do not ever go with this person.

Stay as far away from this 'company' as possible. Their rep or whoever he is Sukh told me 3 times he'd call me right back and never did call once. Several texts to him and the original sender were ignored and still 2 weeks later still waiting for a call or text back. This guy is nothing more than playing games.

It had only 75 miles on it, and the previous owner took great care of it. It looked brand new, which felt like an amazing deal.

We booked a visit to the dealership, and the experience was great from the start. The staff was friendly, and the whole process felt smooth and not pushy at all. We already had a good feeling going in, but once we saw the car in person, we didn’t hesitate—we bought it on the spot.

We absolutely love our car. The interior feels super luxurious, and we love being able to see how much we’re using electric vs. gas. Plus, the fuel efficiency is incredible—the gas lasts forever.

We’d definitely recommend working with Steve if you’re looking for a car.

This is the worst communication company that screwed us royally and don't ever do what they say and they lied and pressured us to sign stuff and didn't explain things fully. They ghosted us but still take our money. Horrible company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

Avoid Driving with Steve if you value professionalism and honesty. My experience with the finance department under name Dylan from finance manager was full of pressure tactics, repeated calls/texts, and confusing changes to pricing and financing numbers, unprofessional, non stop harrasments.

Once I decided not to proceed, the tone changed completely. Instead of respecting my decision, I received rude and disrespectful messages, including comments about my credit. That kind of behavior is unacceptable from anyone representing a business.

Buying a vehicle is a major financial decision, and customers should be able to ask questions, take time to think, and walk away without being harassed or insulted.

Regardless of whether someone buys a car or not, people deserve to be treated with respect. A customer declining a deal should never lead to personal attacks.

I strongly recommend shoppers get every number in writing, review all financing terms carefully, and consider how a business treats you before the sale—because that usually reflects how they’ll treat you after the sale.

My advice: get everything in writing, verify every number yourself, and be cautious dealing with this business.

Hey this is a great place to get your next car at folks. Patrick was a very knowledgeable person in this field also financing on cars. Took me less then 2 hours for all to be done, signing papers etc. I highly recommend United Auto Loans, plus Steve's cars.

So I saw the ad online. I didn't think much of it and I thought what the heck am I gonna try it? I filled-out the application. Uh, they got back to me right away. And after working through what my budget was, they were able to find a vehicle that suited my needs. And within 24 hours, they had delivered a vehicle from nanaimo, up to Houston BC where I live. And I'm loving, my 2023 rogue. It's awesome, definitely worth the five stars
