He was dishonsest from the begining
This man Juan Monreal ( Madrid) literally decieved me with a smile throughout our consults into my 5th revision surgery without the slightest remorse .
I went to him after losing my birth nose in Turkey in 2019.
I went to other surgeons and realised that I had made bad choices so finally after selling my house in 2024 my husband and I decided to put a large amount aside for this what I hoped was my final surgery and to this time go to a Europeon surgeon .
On the surface Monreal seemeed old school and respectful.
I ignored a few of his negative goggle reviews from locals.
From the 1st email I sent him along with morphs I specified I wanted my birth nose features ( high bridge & radix & slim tip).
He NEVER replied that it was impossible and gave the impression that he was ok to achieve this so we decided to spend money on flights to Spain 2 times and sat wirh him and showed him multiple photos of my birth nose emphasizing again and again " tall bridge & high radix" .
He appeared to be studying my photos peeking down over his glasses .
He said he could rewiden my bones and add hump .
Finally my husband & I decided we would go to him as he seemed trustworthy and confident .
So reluctantly we transfered €18k into his bank account and booked surgery for May .
It was all a sham at my expense as we flew out again 1 day before surgery and he suddenly projects my tip out further in the morph even though I told him & showed him my photos to deproject my tip that was projected in my last surgery as my birth nose tip was close to my face .
He told me casually 16hrs before surgrery that he HAD to project my tip further in order to derotate it .
I told him I didnt like it but he said it wouldnt make much difference ..
He withheld this critical information regarding my surgery plans tilI I had no choice in the matter .
He if knew he wanted to project my tip he SHOULD have mentioned it to me before during those multiple in person consults & emails .
I have recorded both of my consultations with him which prove he deliberately mislead me knowing Ive been through multiple traumas because of my nose surgeries.
Last month again I flew out to meet him wirh my husband .
Monreal sat there shrugging his shoulders and downturning his mouth throughout as we asked him why he has left me with a nose that is now crooked on left side tip and why did he shavw down my radix making it look scooped .
I asked him where is my high bridge?
He shrugged again and mumbled he followed the morph.
We told him what about the plan we showed you from the begining about adding height ?as he originally said in the recirded consultation that he was going to rebuild my nose .
He did not rebuild my nose it is worse now than before as he has left me with an ugly flat front profile that is now wvwn less ethnic looking .
He lied and told us that he can only offer refund after speaking to his lawyers .
We waited weeks and he ignored our emails.
Eventally he wrotr back that surgery fees are non refundable as stated ij the contract .
I am in the procesd of now needing my 6th surgery and finding a spainish lawyer to drag this man to court as he lured me into my 5th surgery knowing I am multiple revision patient who sold her house to be fooled again .
He showed a cold callous behaviour even though we travelled to Spain to confront him .He mislead me and is now spending my previous money whilst he left mw high n dry.
He swindled me from day one he never ever was going to follow my strict wishes
He made me go through a 6hr surgery & removed my ribs for nothing .
He did not address my droopy tip which was the 1st thing I requested.
Instead hes made it MORE droopy
Had I known that an old euorpeon doctor like him could be so cruel & calculated I would have saved my precious money & gone back to Turkey .
I think hes going to retire soon & wants to take as much moneyvas he can from trusting patients like me .
Please be aware of his conduct if uou are a local .

Do not be fooled by this grinning old conartist .
There is a reason why his office has always been empty on the 4 occasions I had the unfortunate luck to meet him.
18k down and my 6th surgery all because he played me .
He can protest all he wants as I have the audio recordings and his ugly results that show every angle of his shoddy work .Do not be fooled by a quick side by side morph as the nose has a front profile and left side .
Monreal only showed my right side on his morph which was his way of trying to divert from the mess he made elsewhere .
I was robbed and duped by this laughing old man .
Shame on him
