Hi Kieran
Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
We regret that you were not informed when your collection order was ready and available for pickup. Upon reviewing the process for our online orders, we identified a gap in our system, which resulted in you not receiving an email notification to advise that your order was ready for collection at our Cork Depot.
We are truly sorry for the difficulty this caused, particularly in relation to not having the Gel Packs when needed. Please be assured that we are taking steps to address this issue to prevent it from happening in future.
We'd appreciate the opportunity to discuss your specific experience in more detail and work towards a resolution. Please feel free to contact our customer support team directly at 057 862 3860 or info@polarice.ie and mention your review.
Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
