everything was excellent. service and product

Does that it says it does and lasted longer than expected

I was so thrilled with the service I got from polar ice. The ladies were amazing, my order was bang on time and it worked amazing. Will defo be spreading the word and ordering again. Thank you so much guys.

I bought a 10KG block of ice for my niece to make (Thai) hand rolled ice cream with her birthday present. It worked marvelously, and where usually the mix is frozen in a home freezer (so only one at a time), she was able to make all she wanted (6 or 7 at a time), and the block of ice lasted for 3 days. It made for a fantastic birthday present, that lasted all weekend. I got great advice on the phone from the team, with next morning delivery.

I ordered some dry Ice for next day delivery during Covid19 crisis and this was delivered by someone dropping this off at my door in their private car. I thought this was a little odd until several days later I received yet another box labeled dry ice via DPD, since this had spent the weekend in some warehouse the box was empty of course.
I assume what has happened here is that the Currier notified Polarice that the shipment was delayed and they personally dropped a new package at my door.
What an amazing display of how customer service is done right. 5 stars with a little extra on top.

Fantastic service from very helpful and friendly staff. Always deliver on time with no issues.

Excellent and always helpful.

Jackie Kinch, very helpful and professional - made it very easy
Thanks a million

Excellent staff, Denise and and Jackie are top of their game, very professional but lovely people to talk with also. Helped me with all my logistics needs.

Very good customer service. I ordered dry ice (3.5kg) and insulated container (10kg) to freeze expressed milk over a 24hrs flight journey and it worked!

Very efficient service. I just found it difficult to locate the premises as this was a pick-up of supplies. The directions provided were not easy to follow.
