Great care is taken in the selection, production, testing and inspection of all our products and we are sure that you will be pleased with the results. We are happy to guarantee that all our seeds will have higher germination levels than those required by legislation and that our plants and other products will arrive in good condition.
Should any of your seed fail to germinate, we will happily provide a replacement packet. If your plants or sundries arrive in poor condition, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement (if possible) or a full refund. In some instances we may ask for photos of damaged plants or products. We regret that we cannot replace or refund products affected by adverse weather conditions, pests or diseases. Statutory rights unaffected.

I like most of the onions but some were…
I like most of the onions but some were rotten (6)
The garlic was fine.
The delivery of orders is always problematic in terms of notice given and courier efficiency ie not always following requests or leaving deliveries in a sensible place.

Not great communication or packaging
Ordered a selection of bulbs. Told that some would be sent out later on. Some were delivered but others were not. It was only after enquiring that I was informed there would be a further delay on remainder of order. When they arrived they were simply in a Jiffy bag rather than boxed as previous part of order had been. Jiffy bag was in a poor way when it reached me. Shan’t order from them again.

Always provide a great quick service and plants/seeds that you know will just grow. It might not be a fault of DT Brown but how can you review their products after a couple of days when you haven't even had chance to plant anything let alone let them grow!!
