Great care is taken in the selection, production, testing and inspection of all our products and we are sure that you will be pleased with the results. We are happy to guarantee that all our seeds will have higher germination levels than those required by legislation and that our plants and other products will arrive in good condition.
Should any of your seed fail to germinate, we will happily provide a replacement packet. If your plants or sundries arrive in poor condition, please notify us within 7 days and we will arrange for a replacement (if possible) or a full refund. In some instances we may ask for photos of damaged plants or products. We regret that we cannot replace or refund products affected by adverse weather conditions, pests or diseases. Statutory rights unaffected.

The lettuce plants arrived a lot later…
The lettuce plants arrived a lot later than I expected but in fact this was better timing as I think the heat and drought would have finished them off. As it is I am now growing them in the greenhouse to stop the slugs getting them as now we have loads of rain. An d they're looking great.

Plants were totally wilted on arrival, only one survived out of the whole packet, will not be using this company again and would not recommend delivery service,

The quality of the young plants was good.
The quality of the young plants was good with stong root systems and they have established themselves rapidly. The only downside - and I don’t hold D.T. Brown responsible - was the delivery service. Two out of three packages were delivered to the wrong address - a rather critical error when dealing with live plants.

Delivery of plants went to locker
Beware if you're expecting home delivery! Which is what I thought I'd paid for, and what has happened with previous orders. My plug plants were delivered to an Inpost locker. I couldn't collect for a couple of days - by which time the plugs were in a very sorry state.
