I have used this company for many years and have been receiving the optimum service on all counts their food is as they say it is and I endorse their use of the house phrase indeed I have been tempted to eat the pictures the superbly printed catalogue presents and lastly the delivery service mirrors the overall experience but now a word for the telephone link I include the wonderful staff who take my orders and who also advise the packers name

I am obsessed with the smoked streaky…
I am obsessed with the smoked streaky bacon and cannot get enough of it! It is SO tasty, no white gunk and crisps up really quickly. I literally wont buy any other bacon now.
Marvellous in a Brioche Bun and ketchup. As with all deliveries from DukesHill. Arrived on time, brilliantly packaged. We re-use the cold packs a lot at home for loads of things.
By appointment to the king? Not surprised this company represents amazing quality and care. Thanks!

We absolutely love hearing how much you enjoy our Smoked Streaky Bacon, and it certainly sounds like it has earned a permanent place on your breakfast table! A brioche bun with crispy bacon and ketchup sounds like a pretty perfect combination to us.

Superb quality of food
Superb quality of food only let down is delivery which they might want to re visit anything going through the Wolverhampton depot of DPD is doomed one delivery failed to materialise despite being perishable.
Replacement sent but arrived with an item missing.

Superb quality products.
Superb, quality products, really tasty. We have tried a range of items (ham, steak & ale pies, cheese and onion pies and Stilton topped pork pies, lemon half chicken and smoked trout pate). Without exception, all were delicious. The ordering system is easy and delivery on a chosen date is so convenient. One website improvement suggestion would be the ability to filter freezable items from non freezable?

Wonderful service to replace a ham…
Wonderful service to replace a ham ordered for a 80 th birthday party which arrived too warm for me to trust serving it to a lot of elderly people
It was sent by a different courier to arrive on the morning of the Lunch Party
We were very grateful as were the guests.

I used to shop at my local supermarket…
I used to shop at my local supermarket for my meat etc and thought I’d try DukesHill. At first i thought a little expensive but once I tried it I was wrong. There’s none of that water bloated meat like the local supermarkets and it’s actually nice to taste meat how it should. Once cooked the meat isn’t half the size it started off as. I now intend to do my monthly meat shop from them as being single it actually works out cheaper than the local supermarkets. One tiny little moan is the gammon steaks could be a little thicker. One last thing is you have to try the pork chops, a proper pork chop, thick cut and proper crackling.

Give them a try, you won't be disappointed
I found this company online some time ago, I can honestly say that their bacon and sausages are just about the best I've ever tasted.
Last Christmas we decided to forego all the usual Christmas lunch excess with the endless left overs and had a salmon en croute. It did not disappoint. This isn't the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but you get what you pay for and with dukeshill you get quality. Securely packaged , delivered on time. I need a bigger freezer.

We completely understand your disappointment at receiving ham that was much fattier than you expected, as well as the frustration of finding the slices difficult to separate due to the vacuum packaging. We are also sorry that the products you received did not appear to match what you had originally ordered.
If you have taken any photographs of the ham or the products you received, we would really appreciate it if you could email them to us at help@dukeshillham.co.uk, along with your order details. This will allow us to look into exactly what was packed and investigate what may have happened.
We would also like to reassure you that if you prefer your ham to be slightly leaner with less fat, please let us know when placing a future order. We can add a request for our warehouse team, and they will always do their best to accommodate your preference when selecting and packing your products. We appreciate that natural variation can occur with products such as ham, but we also want our customers to be happy with what they receive, particularly when you have a specific preference.

Perfect gift of deliciousness...
Perfect gift of delicious cheeses and meats, sausages and bacon. Absolutely perfect for my 5 day stay with friends in Ireland. We had the Charcuterie Selection, Wensleydale, Camembert and Isle of Mul cheddar (the best) for lunch everyday and the sausages for supper. They are exceptionally good sausages. A very successful gift that i got to enjoy with my hosts. Would order again, and again!
