Excellent customer service.
I have been doing business with Dulmes for close to 20 years. They have consistently been outstanding in helping me pick out exactly what I am looking for in both flooring and window coverings. Any issues are promptly and professionally resolved. They are the only place in Sheboygan to offer this kind of customer service. I highly recommend them.

Dulmes is a nice, local business in Sheboygan. They won't be the cheapest quote, but the service, product quality, and overall dependability of the company make paying a little extra well worth it. They are always early, always trying to find you the best price, and the quality of the installation and repairs they did were perfect.

We had some issues that had developed over time and with some remodeling. Dulmes Decor came in and did an excellent job matching our existing Dulmes Flooring work with the newly remodeled area!

Questionable Cost
The cost of the installation portion of the work was felt to be excessive (i.e., 1.5 to 2 day charge (per Dulme cost breakdown) for what clearly could/should have been a 1 day job. Having said that, the quality of the materials and installation is considered good.

Carpet Replacement
We replaced all of the carpeting in our home. The entire experience was wonderful. The salesperson gave me options of carpet and padding exactly within my guidelines. The installers were very professional and walked me through the installation process. They were efficient and cleaned up everything before they left. The entire house looks great!
