I have recently complained that shipping was way too costly. Then I realized they were being shipped from Holland. I apologize; considering the ridiculous tariffs the U.S. has imposed on everyone, the cost of shipping is a real bargain. Also, a very good price for 25 beautiful bulbs. One group in red and the other in white. Easy purchasing online too.

I bought the wildflower bulbs to help attract mason bees to help pollinate my fruit trees.

Easy to shop and check out. But the shipping costs seems very high. I was disappointed that my order became so expensive!

Liked the “free shipping for 10 days” follow up. Really, really don’t like that you reject my home landline as an invalid phone number. You would only accept my cell phone. I don’t want to give you my cell phone number. I don’t want to talk to you while I’m at the grocery store! Why are you making me give you my personal cell phone number? Can’t you call the landline? Hate this policy!

I've been looking for white martagon lilies for years. This year van Bourgondien had them. Got online, input the product number, upped the quantity, click click click and I'm done. What's not to like?

I just signed up for free shipping before I placed my bulb order and was still charged $10.50 shipping ??? Why have a pop up that says free shipping and complete information requested to receive free shipping then I’m still charged for shipping at the end of my order!!??

Wonderfully helpful! I had a problem and a question about a replacement certificate which I''d been issued for some pricey bulbs that hadn't performed well. The gentleman on the phone was extremely patient and helpful. I was also pleased for the credit they gave me for the bulbs that didn't do well, as it had been many months later before I reported it.
