Really bad service.
I bought a phone and it failed after 10 months. They firstly offered a very cheap phone, The a refurbished phone, then asked me to pay an upgrade fee for a newer phone. They only offered me a third of the money back as a refund.
Impossible to deal with.

This negative report is regarding DWI International a Hong Kong based enterprise their shop on eBay and no other company bearing the same name. I
I purchased [Qty] 1Honor 9-lite. On receipt and 1st use it would not charge. Returned satis via eBay for full refund.
Gave DWI benefit of the doubt and repurchased a second Honor 9-lite. This device would not connect to other than 2G mobile networks (specified to connect to 4G). This was not immediately evident or easily proven, but over time and with the careful use of network analysis apps, I proved that the device had been faulty since delivery.
Unfortunately DWI showed no care or understanding, since it had taken me over 180 days to identify and prove the fault. DWI would offer only an unreasonable refurbished Samsung replacement device or a 70% refund of the purchase cost. The point I make here is; coupled with subsequent research, finding many other similar reports, DWI appears to be knowingly passing off as 'new', items that are faulty and/or not actually new; indeed on their eBay shop DWI is listing these items as "New", which is fraudulent and against eBay's Terms & conditions of selling. I have reported my suspicions to eBay. It appears that they are allowed to continue listing several months on, so be aware!
Update Jun 2020 - It looks like eBay are still allowing DWI to trade on their site as "dwi-international-5" ..Watch Out for other pseudonyms!!

Je n’ai jamais reçu le casque audio Sony que j’ai commandé à dwi-digital-cameras sur EBay et le vendeur ne veut pas me rembourser ou me renvoyer la commande,
J’ai ouvert un premier litige avec EBay et ils ont tranché en faveur du vendeur car il leur a fourni le bon de livraison la poste qui dit que la livraison a était effectué (je ne sais pas où ils ont mis le coli mais pas dans ma boîte aux lettres, mais dans tout les cas moi je ne l’ai pas reçu!) et pareil pour PayPal qui a aussi tranché pour le vendeur !!!
J’ai perdu 238€, je ne commanderais plus jamais sur EBay et irais chez la concurrence vu qu’ils ne font rien pour leurs clients !
!!!! Ne commandez pas chez ce vendeur ou même sur EBay qui ne rembourse pas les objets pas reçu !!!!

Absolutely terrible. Stay away from them and do not buy any of their products. As their products either refurbished or faulty. I bought a pair of IconX wireless earbuds and they failed after 6 month. Had to send it to HK for repair and they failed again after 4 month. They refused to repair them again as it ran out of warranty. I would never buy from them ever again.To avoid the headache do not deal with them.

Awful. Do not buy from.
Bought a pair of headphones, one of the headphones fell off the arm, and was told they wouldn't accept it back because it was damaged. Yes you are right, but wasn't damaged by me, hence trying to return it under warranty. The only company I have ever known been stupid enough to ambiguously tell me a warranty matter was damage especially before/without even looking at the product! Beyond rude, and I was seriously played because you knew I wasn't in the same country as you.

Very same situation as gentelman below. €500 phone bought through ebay. Seller didnt dispatch parcel at all, when pressure was on him to send it he provided fake DPD tracking number. For any messages he answers "Update will be send in next 48h" just to get a bit of time. It is Hong Kong seller that pretends to dispatch from EU.
Shop behind this ebay account was closed down in 2018 so it is fake account

Over the last week dwi-digital-cameras ebay listings has seen it's ratings consistently slip. Multiple complaints of items not received, long delays and poor communication from seller are abundant. Many people purchase believing it's from the EU when in fact it's from Hong Kong.
Buyer be wary. I will be happy to change my review if I receive my item.

TOTAL SCAM. I purchased a Sony Xperia XA2 ultra on 5th January from them costing over £200. They then purchase a tracking number from Yodel to make it look like the parcel is on the way but they don't actually send it. It's now 2 February and still nothing has arrived.
After several unsuccessful attempts to contact DWI, I also contacted Yodel (who aren't known for their great customer service) but eventually got through to a real, English speaking person at the depot who confirmed my worst fears. Apparently it's not the first time that the name DWI has come up regarding missing parcels.
She explained that they can order a delivery online, which provides them with a legitimate tracking number, but they don't physically send the parcel... So they've got the customer's money, and then after a month they also attempt to put in a claim against the courier company for a lost parcel.
On eBay they also advertise the product as being located in Switzerland, whereas they are actually in China.
Best advice is not to risk losing your money by buying from them in the first place, but if you really can't resist their very tempting prices then pay using PayPal or a credit card (not debit card /bank transfer etc) so at least you stand a chance of eventually getting your money back. Unfortunately though, because they're providing what on the surface appears to be a legit tracking number it will still take you a lot of time, hassle & stress to get your money back
Bottom line is that this company are con artists who will scam you every step of the way.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Mezzi truffatori. Comprai da loro per la prima volta un Apple Watch serie 2. Tutto perfetto, anche s enon capivo certe dinamiche (oggetto risultante in francia, spedito dall'olanda ecc). Dopo circa 15/20 gg lo ricevo, tutto ok. Questa estate ordino un Ipad Pro al mitico prezzo ultra competitivo di 515 euro. Lo compro e, dopo 4 gg chiedo cortesemente (tramite ebay) il codice di tracking e ovviamente se fosse stato spedito. Inizia l'odissea: nessuna risposta... zero dotale per 4 gg. Inizio a mandare una valanga di mail per capire dove fosse il pacco e soprattutto i miei soldi. Risultato, dopo 7 giorni di mail mai risposte trovo il rimborso totale del'importo. Se non altro ho riavuto i miei soldi.

I purchased a Samsung gear pro 2 from DWI Int, 6 weeks into me having it, it turns faulty, switching itself off and on constantly, the back of the watch getting warm, it stopped tracking my movements.
I contacted the company and the replied in a very intimidating and at times threatening manner saying they will charge a total of $90 in postage plus additional cost to do the repairs on the watch!!!!! 
I am totally shocked by this as the watch was only 6 weeks old i am, we are all covered as consumers by manufacturing warranties and customers guarantees.
This company should not be allowed to trade with these policies in place im totally disgusted in them, STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Easy to order process and delivery to Australia was quick. Took 3 days once it hit Tasmania to get to me was the only issue I had. Item was packed well and in great condition when it was picked up.

Mi ero spaventata a leggere svariati feedback negativi post acquisto. E sono stata in ansia, devo essere sincera, lho tartassato di domande.. alla fine ha risposto.. a me è andato tutto bene! Arrivato in pochi giorni, imballaggio perfetto.. mi ha anche regalato un adattatore per la presa per caricare la canon sx540 hs..
Il tracking all'inizio era un po ambiguo.. ho chiesto informazioni è andato tutto bene.. quando è arrivato in Italia il tracking è risultato più scorrevole ..
La macchina fotografica non presenta nessun problema.. ha tutte le funzioni al posto giusto e non è usata..
Quindi sinceramente ricomprerei da questa azienda.. prezzi imbattibili

This company should be shut down because of the pathetic service you receive when they send you a phone that is not in proper working condition. 9 months this drama has gone on and I still dont have the camera. They took my money with no problems but when the camera didnt work they were slow, pathetic and unhelpful. DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL NOT ADHERE TO THE WARRANTY. The stole my money $1,300 and gave me a rubbish camera that didnt work. I still have no camera as they wont replace it.

WARRANTY NON-EXISTENT
Do yourself a favour and spend a few more bucks at a local retailer to get an actual warranty on your purchases. My canon lens stopped working a few months after the purchase, sent video and photo evidence for them to confirm fault, sent it back to Hong Kong for warranty and after a month they told me nothing was wrong and I won't get the item back unless I pay 70 dollars. These thugs just want your money and will not take any responsibility when anything stops working. STAY AWAY

Pros: Products are competitively priced. They dispatch in a reasonable time frame.
Cons: I bought several things from them in the past. The last item was faulty. I contacted them several times but never get to a resolution, in between waiting many days or have to chase up because they rarely respond when your query is a problem for them. Then they stop responding and ignore every message thereafter.
So buy from them if you want to save a few dollars but be aware that you will not get any warranty when you need it. I now have a $1400 paperweight from DWI to prove it.

Arrived in 5 working days. Rang customer service once in-between, good communication. Products are as described. Overall very happy with the camera and the transaction. Recommended.

Save yourself from a huge headache! They'll not look after you as a client but instead they'll push to take your money and make more money. They false advertised a product that they said they were selling but when they did not have it, they wanted to charge a fee for it.
