I contacted Dynamo after they were recommended when my usual mortgage broker was unable to secure a mortgage for us. They have been great and managed to put us with a lender when we thought it would never happen. The process has been more complicated than normal but the communication and support has been amazing from Harris and Leah. Thank you for everything and we will hopefully be in our new home soon.

To get a mortgage is a really stressful way to everyone, especially if you are declined first time. I truly recommend this team. My eyes were full of the tears when good news came back from the lender. From the beginning, first time to try get a mortgage, Jake Cumber supported us. Firstly for us was difficult to understand all processes as we been confused in English terms. It is really important to foreign people understanding everything. Secondly Jake gave all advices what to do on the every steps, helped to solved all problems. We feel comfortable with him. On the second time trying I have to say a really big thanks to Emily Williams who was a second great person who helped with the document and the lender. She done very amazing job all documents were sent quickly and smoothly. Sometimes people say a paperwork takes longer but for us was really quick. Emily you are star.

Myself and my husband have tried different brokers in order for us to purchase a house.. many couldn’t find a lender for our situation, but Jonathan Green and Leah Carver helped us find a lender and get a mortgage.. Although one lender has declined our first application; they knew how to act quick to get a mortgage from another lender.. I had an excellent experience with Dynamo.
My mortgage consultant was Damien and he was so professional, obviously had vast experience in mortgages and buying and selling houses. I was very impressed that he was even more accurate than my estate agent and solicitor in some matters .I needed two applications ( remortgage and income mortgage) and he dealt with both loans at the same time giving me exactly what I needed to get my new home.
On the other hand , my admin was Courtney who was on the top of the files , very easy to reach , very professional and always offering extra help.
Without Courtney and Damien I would not be able to get my new home , especially that the previous mortgage company I was dealing with were not with it. I was almost about to loose this home as I was told I could not afford it.
Dynamo team were with me with every step until the completion and during the application every challenge they have managed it as if it is their own.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best advise .
It is essential when I was dealing with a very stress process of purchasing a property to know you have professionals who care and trust them that they will give you the best advise.
