First time using Dyno-rod and I find them to be a very trustworthy company. The wonderful Roly came and unblocked a manhole which was in a very bad state. He was professional, friendly, positive and reassuring throughout a long and unpleasant job. I was very impressed with the service.
There was no call out fee and I paid the basic charge as expected. Very good value for money. Everything was cleaned up afterwards.
The people who do these jobs are the salt of the earth.

My first time using Dyno rods and I m so impressed at how they work..I d used several chemicals to unblock my main drain without any success..Dyno came in with their machines and unblock,cleaned and displayed it on a screen. Dyno rods was so articulate and their expertise in the profession was so efficient. Also prices are moderate.Well done guys

Rodding a drain is easy, right? A blocked soil pipe can be the stuff that nightmares are made of, and fixing this is best left to the professionals if you are venturing into unknown territory. It was an emergency and Dyno attended the same day. Even with a special camera, the blockage couldn’t be seen because of various bends and a T-junction in the system. Fortunately, Roly, our attending Dyno expert, established that cutting a hole in the side of the exposed cast iron soil and vent T-junction, would give the required access, and it did. After all his expert diagnostics and cutting the hole, the blockage, which was partly caused by ancient iron rust scale, was quickly cleared. The cut hole was plugged with a rubber compression bung, which can give further access should trouble be experienced in the future. It was a great job well done. Thank you Dyno and thank you Roly.

Both advisors were very professional from the get-go. Respectfully, too. They knew exactly what they were doing and got it fixed. I would 100% recommend them again.

I rang earlier this morning about 9 20am to request assistance as our domestic drain was really blocked. James came at circa 3.30pm. The lady I first spoke to was really helpful and even suggested I contacted our local Cambridge water company as they might do the clearing for free. We tried to contact them but could only speak to a recorded message for ages so we gave up. Dyno Rod would charge £180 including VAT which we decided to accept. As Dyno are so well known throughout the country and particularly specialises in clearing drains plus other related services, it seemed the logical thing to do. James rang before he came and within minutes, literally, he had cleared the problem with a long high pressure hose. We were delighted and to be advised that there would be no call out charge and a 90 day guarantee , was the proverbial icing on the cake. My wife and are very pleased with the rapid result and James's service. We will certainly use Dyno again should the need arise. Excellent service. Thank you James!

Roly came out to sort a very badly blocked shared drain in my garden. It took a couple of hours to solve and involved finding a hidden/buried drain.

Michael was brilliant, professional and very skilled. He sorted our problem within minutes unlike the previous company who couldn't. Would always use dynarod without a doubt!

Hi called them out on Sunday however head office sent our request to an off duty engineer. Waited in all Sunday no one turned up. Monday am had call with apologies the engineer arrived and sorted our blocked drain with no mess. He was very helpful and explained everything.
Very pleased with his service shame about the Sunday mix up.

Booked appointment on line within 4 hrs engineer (Roly) arrived. Excellent service blocked drain was unblocked. Very friendly guy explained what and where blockage was and what he had done to find blockage and clear. Highly recommend.

Quickly dealt with our issue. Gentleman was very polite and explained everything well and I felt that he had done a good job.

James came to us today, and he was easily the most professional and diligent 'rodder' I've met... and I've met a bunch through work.
